@The Otaku Izumi I'm confused. After Rika wake up on hospital, Rika ask Hanyuu "This is real world or dream?" Hanyuu said "Dream". And then, when Rena ask a favour to choose one of her hands, Rika get one candy. In another hand have two candies. Rena said "If you God can traveling another dimension (the world without curse happens) and this dimension (Rika world she live now), you don't have to worry about your world". After Rika heard what Rena said to her,she realize...."Umi spoiler" Wth happened here? I don't get it
Just played this moment from the visual novel. I expected it to be better, but surprisingly the anime did everything that the visual novel lacked. Although, Satoko's last yell sounds more dramatic than here. Weird that they included Hanyuu here unlike the original. The visual novel completely lacked the imagination of it though with its mediocre sound effects and soundtrack. At least in this scene. I expect the overall experience to be great though since I liked the manga's inner dialogue, and the seeing it come to life in anime. I can only imagine how better the visual novel is until I finish it soon.
This scene make me laugh cuz after100+ years Rika Is finally free from the death loop by yamainu and takano Miyo but in this eps she died so dumb and she got crash by a truck lol (my English Is alittle bit broken)
Well, she was very happy that she was finally free from that death loop and Takano and the Yamainu arrested so she wanted to live life to the fullest but she went overboard here and went too far.
@@melindad3643 rika did try, she just gave up in the end but no, that's not really the reason why and it's more to do with rika letting her ego get the better of her and take for granted the world she lives in - in other words, teaching her to understand life is not comparable to a chessboard or a board game the way she often puts it
@Aiden Bernstein well young rika was never murdered. she only met encounted akasaka once and knew about it, u dont mean to tell me when she died in 1983 she goes to a knew world younger and 4 years prior to 1983 during the dam incident. And then she encounters akasaka again to tell him in the new world but what about the murders. But Rika meets akasaka and tells him this without ever dying. Thats gotta be predicting the future
@Aiden Bernstein so then what world are we being revealed to when Rika confesses her information to akasaka. Does she ever do this in her first world?? After watching the entire anime I figured to see if the manga had extra content but I can't access the manga like the anime. I can only assume the 1st world Rika acts like she did in the episode where young Rika travels to the future after hiding from hanyu. She acts acts innocent and lacks knowledge of anything no signs of frederica, which most likely proves ur point. Then that makes me wonder if she ever met akasaka in the first world at all.
She can't predict the future. This accident happened in the world where she defeated Takano, which she has never done until this point so everything beyond defeating Takano is new to her. Also none of the loop in Higurashi are the first loop. In fact, the first loop is never shown or even mentioned. When Rika told Akasaka about the deaths, that was when their power was still strong enough to go back a several years so we can assume they were still early in the loop at that point. But yeah, don't misunderstand that she can predict the future. She only knows what she has lived through
@@tmkai607 I think we do known that Rika was good to hanyu that first loop. I had to rewatch a bit of season 2 to see that Rika did not know about hinamizaya disaster. Also I question how hanyu forgot about takano tho
Alternative title: Rika meets Truck-Kun
Imagine having wisdom of +100 years, yet still thinking, that it's good idea to ride a bike in the middle of curved as fck road.
Trunck kun made a cameo in one of Higurashi's OAV, I totally forgot about that.

This is the reason why Higurashi Gou happened, Rika-chan be careful next time okay

No, Rika survived up until she was in her teens at St. Lucia Academy.
So around 13-16. Much later than this video

What did you think of the anime, manga and VN of Higurashi? Which one is the best compared to others?

Why Hanyuu make her go through that "dream"? Teach her a lesson on what?
To make her realize the sin of not attempting to save her parents
