If you ship them go check the manga, it has a lot of fluff with these too, also in the part when they fight, keiichi says something like "even if we die in an other life we will be together again, we will fall in love again, we will trust each other again" Rena agrees to it, so they DO love each other, at least on the manga version

I'm pretty sure it's more canon than KeiMion because of what I saw in the Mangas. During the first arc, there was so much fluff between them! It was cute as hell!
Honestly, I feel like stronger evidence appeared in Tsumihoroboshi-hen, where Keiichi implied he kept falling for her over and over again throughout the story arcs.

I completely ship Keiichi and Rena. They are just so perfect, and not just that, they have such chemistry! Even when they are fighting each other or together, their chemistry is just burning. I feel nothing between Keiichi and Mion, totally nothing. Keiichi and Rena are meant for each other

The uploader didn't show the scene directly after this where Hanyuu exclaims to Rika, "Hau au au! Did you hear that!? Rena just confessed her love to Keiichi-kun!" and Rika, still doing her little ritual dance, switches to her serious voice and responds, "Yeah I heard. And for some reason that really pisses me off!"
No one seems to talk about this, but I think it proves Rika has some feelings for Keiichi even if she doesn't fully understand them yet.

Rena is a better fit for him than Mion, ..however he never dates anyone in this series. I do hope that if Gou gets a proper sequel, he dates Rena or Mion and even if it resets he's still dating one of them. Since they can remember after it resets.

Rika probably likes Keiichi too due to the scene after the one shown. Where she said she doesn't like the fact Rena confessed to him. And the fact that Hanyuu even mentioned the confession hints that it's a REAL confession. Reason? Why would Hanyuu make a big deal if it was false feelings. Rena confessed many times to others due to the magatama and she didn't really say anything of significance. So obviously she knew this one was true. She's a god so she can tell if it's true or not.
Mion definitely likes him too and it's even confirmed when Hanyuu(Or Rika forgot) said that it's a good thing that Mion didn't hear the confession. besides there are plenty other scenes that show how Rena and Mion shows affectiong towards him.

While I agree with you that Mion's life wasn't perfect, he perspective I was looking at was HER life compared to EVERYONE else's. I know that being pressured by family duties isn't any easy thing and having your only sister, let alone your twin, being taken away from you is hard too. But if you to ask had to ask me "Who's life is better? Mion's, Rena's, Satoko's, Shion's or Rika's?" I would say Mion without a doubt. Also she isn't the only character who is unjustly killed.
Rena is such a nice girl.. honestly though I would prefer him to end up with Mion.
To be honest I remember when I first watched the anime thinking that she probably does love him she is just too shy about telling him, and she does not want to possibly hurt her relationship with the others.
I wouldn't mind Mion but I prefer Shion.

I kinda agree with you. Keiichi, Rena, Satoko, Shion, Rika AND Satoshi have all had to deal with and overcome hard times in their lives, while Mion was more of character who had pretty a happy life and never really fought through her own battles. I like her, but compared to the rest of the cast she wasn't that interesting or impressive as a character.

@Edefrem For you to say that Mion didn't have a troubled life is pretty dumb. Mion had to deal with her over-bearing grandma and having the weight of being the next Sonozaki head on her shoulders. Her sister was sent away, and Mion was only allowed limited contact with Shion (and Mion loved Shion a lot), not to mention the fact that her grandma disapproved of Mion's friendship with Satoko and Satoshi, oh, and also being killed brutally in every world even though Mion never did anything wrong.
