Well I knew Mion did cause she’s blushed ALOT when he’s near her. And he spends ALOF of time with Shion so take that as you will. But I never got the sense that Rika or Satoko liked him like that.

Although if I had to say, Rika never really showed any feelings like that. I felt like she was the most distant of the group, she still considered them friends but she didn't have high hopes since she's been watching them die for 100 years on loop.

it wasn't Rena that was insane, it was Keiichi's high level of hinamizawa syndrome that caused paranoia that lead to him thinking Mion and Rena were out to get him (aka kill him).
