THOSE DESGINS ARE FASHION. It has a touch of Fontaine’s underwater and i like how kirara’s has an inazuman touch while still looking somewhat underwater.

Many of you probably don't know this but 0:56 the animation going on till she waved up her hand could've taken at least 2 weeks to make. It's a VEEEEERY slow and inefficient way of animating with a software called Spine. It's really cool if you can reuse animations but that's not likely what happened here.
