the images of the Aroma restaurant are not correct, the Aroma restaurant is located on the rooftop of palazzo manfredi and overlooks the colosseum with a small and incredible terrace. the kitchen is open and much newer than the one shown in the video.

I had tasting menu. Lots of food, and I was too full to attempt the cheese course. Memorable meal.

La Pergola is the only one worth the cost. In general I avoid like the plague hotel restaurants and any attempts at ‘cucina creativa’. Italians are just not good at it.
