    This is INTENSE!! More for the intermediate to advanced jumper. Remember to go at a pace that is best for you and do as many rounds as you can. You do not need to get through all 4 rounds. It's about doing YOUR best! Make sure to hydrate and have a sweat towel!💦Michelle 😘

    *this is what i needed today for sure! had a few treat meals friday and saturday with events for friends. up a few pounds but i know thats just water retention that will fall right off. i love doing rebounder workouts on sunday for my cardio! 410 active, 483 total and counting! also my heart rate went up to 192! my max for my age is about 198 so yes this is a true HIIT!*

    Hey Michelle! I made it through the 14 day Beginners Challenge and tried this one (30 min intense cardio HIIT) I made it through 3of the rounds and the 4th I did a lot of jacks, basics etc to keep going. WOW!! By the way I’m 68 years old. This is the BEST!! Thank you so much for your passion.

    Edit: Really tough! Might not be everyone's fave but before dismissing a workout like this as not your style, check out Dr Rhonda Patrick's recent videos on increasing VO2 max. So great to get your heart rate up like this. Thanks Michelle I recommend your videos all the time!!!

      Yes! Dr. Patrick recommends vigorous exercise at least 50% of your workouts.

    Just finished! Super intense but love super intense shorter workouts. Feel so accomplished in a short amount of time. Brilliant workout. Maybe you can do another one like this but not repeat moves?! ❤️
