I made it through the 14 day Beginners Challenge and tried this one (30 min intense cardio HIIT) I made it through 3of the rounds and the 4th I did a lot of jacks, basics etc to keep going. WOW!! Just finished! Super intense but love super intense shorter workouts. Feel so accomplished in a short amount of time. Brilliant workout. Maybe you can do another one like this but not repeat moves?! ❤️
