What's happening in these comments? Why is there so much hate towards Jaclyn? Honestly, she can't do anything right. Everyone is mad because she didn't go to fashion week, but let's be real, there would be just as many people TICKED OFF of she had gone and wasn't able to put up a makeup tutorial. It hurts my heart that she gets so much heat for nothing. She cannot please everyone. Jaclyn, your videos help me in so many ways. When my husband and I got married in December and moved away form our families and friends, I watched your videos even more and felt like I had a friend. Not mad that she didn't go. While I think it was silly not to do something you think is a dream come true, it's the reason she said she didn't go, and they say she said it. However, telling us we are the reason you didn't take this awesome opportunity is like a slap on the face and it's rude. I used the example above, but I hadn't go a on a vacation from work I. A long ass time, because I am dedicated to my clients. So what if I went to them saying I had a once in a lifetime, dream come true trip to go to but I'm not going to to go because I want to stay with them. Whether you like Jaclyn or not, some of these comments are incredibly rude towards others and I don't understand why Jaclyn will go through and delete so many comments but leave the ones where girls are being rude to each other. Her whole comment section is a breeding ground for bullying and its pretty disgusting the way some of you talk to one another.
The comments could be deleted from people reporting them. I can't imagine that she would have the time to comb through and delete every hate comment about her, and if she had wanted to, I think it would just be easier to disable all comments, no? Likely her fans are reporting the rude comments and RUclips is deleting them.

Sooo Jaclyn... I have never been too much of a youtube-watching kind of person. I've always found them videos a bit annoying. I've never imagined myself just sitting in front of my computer watching and listening to someone babbling about beauty stuff. Since I myself am a beauty blogger I was always more into reading other blogs. I have seen some girls transferring from blogging to vlogging and that would always disappoint me because I somehow felt I was "loosing" them to the youtube world which I didn't really like. About a year and a half ago I was looking for an inspiration for a makeup to do for a big party at my university and I found your bombshell makeup tutorial (from 2 years ago). I fell in love with it and decided to do it myself and with your precise directions I have achieved something I would have never thought I could. Not only was I amazed by your skills and techniques, I was also surprised that I actually liked doing this makeup "with you". After the party I came back to youtube to find your channel and see if I like any other of your videos or maybe that was just a one-time-thing. Today - a year and a half later I'm sitting in front of my computer, after watching your videos for the entire day (some of them even for the nth time) and the thing that I want to tell you is - YOU ARE AMAZING JACLYN. Honestly, get the morphe palette. It's INCREDIBLE and you get so many shadows. You can build your makeup geek collection little by little but the morphe palette is such a good value and you get all those shadows in one shot
I have the morphe 350 palette and makeup geek and i would say that go for the 350 palette if you like more glam because the dark shades are really good and there isnt alot of light lid shades

I have hooded lids and I find it most flattering when you angle the line straight or slightly upwards (even slightly downwards looks nice). People say to follow the lower lash line and go upwards, but that's too angled for someone with hooded lids. But it all depends on how your skin folds because I have to angle my wings differently in each eye for it to come out looking the same. You should search for some tutorials...it's probably better to see it done on someone with hooded lids 😊

What's happening in these comments? Why is there so much hate towards Jaclyn? Honestly, she can't do anything right. Everyone is mad because she didn't go to fashion week, but let's be real, there would be just as many people TICKED OFF of she had gone and wasn't able to put up a makeup tutorial. Whether you like Jaclyn or not, some of these comments are incredibly rude towards others and I don't understand why Jaclyn will go through and delete so many comments but leave the ones where girls are being rude to each other. Her whole comment section is a breeding ground for bullying and its pretty disgusting the way some of you talk to one another.
The comments could be deleted from people reporting them. I can't imagine that she would have the time to comb through and delete every hate comment about her, and if she had wanted to, I think it would just be easier to disable all comments, no?
Likely her fans are reporting the rude comments and RUclips is deleting them.

I don't get why if she sees people being rude towards each other she doesn't delete that but she is able to delete the comments that are rude towards her. Sooo Jaclyn... I have never been too much of a youtube-watching kind of person. I've always found them videos a bit annoying. I've never imagined myself just sitting in front of my computer watching and listening to someone babbling about beauty stuff. Since I myself am a beauty blogger I was always more into reading other blogs. I have seen some girls transferring from blogging to vlogging and that would always disappoint me because I somehow felt I was "loosing" them to the youtube world which I didn't really like.
About a year and a half ago I was looking for an inspiration for a makeup to do for a big party at my university and I found your bombshell makeup tutorial (from 2 years ago). I fell in love with it and decided to do it myself and with your precise directions I have achieved something I would have never thought I could. Not only was I amazed by your skills and techniques, I was also surprised that I actually liked doing this makeup "with you". After the party I came back to youtube to find your channel and see if I like any other of your videos or maybe that was just a one-time-thing.
Today - a year and a half later I'm sitting in front of my computer, after watching your videos for the entire day (some of them even for the nth time) and the thing that I want to tell you is - YOU ARE AMAZING JACLYN. I am a devoted fan of your makeup skills, of the energy that you bring, I want to thank you for pushing me to work, work, work (and blend, blend, blend! :D) on my own makeup technique and inspiring me everyday.

Honestly, get the morphe palette. It's INCREDIBLE and you get so many shadows. You can build your makeup geek collection little by little but the morphe palette is such a good value and you get all those shadows in one shot
I have the morphe 350 palette and makeup geek and i would say that go for the 350 palette if you like more glam because the dark shades are really good and there isnt alot of light lid shades

+Robin Holbrook If it helps...I LOVE the Makeup Geek eyeshadows. I started out getting a 9 eyeshadow pan pallet and started out with 5 colors and gradually filled the rest. I fell in love with them so much that I decided to buy a large z-pallet and collect more. I want them all now. But instead I am getting the colors I don't normally have. You will not disappoint! I get compliments every time I use them.

I have hooded lids and I find it most flattering when you angle the line straight or slightly upwards (even slightly downwards looks nice). People say to follow the lower lash line and go upwards, but that's too angled for someone with hooded lids. But it all depends on how your skin folds because I have to angle my wings differently in each eye for it to come out looking the same. You should search for some tutorials...it's probably better to see it done on someone with hooded lids 😊
