    Here’s the thing. Going on TYBW and looking back FKT Arc I think Aizen brought Wonderweiss to seal his zanpakto so that Yama wouldn’t foil his plan for domination. His bankai is one of the few that could disturb the balance of the 3 worlds. That being said, Aizens could also be capable of doing so hence him not using. That’s one of the things as of yet we don’t know and may never know but I wouldn’t put it past him and I would be a reason for him wanting to take the place of the soul king. Aizen is a master of deception but being honest back in FKT Arc had Gin struck Yama with his bankai Yama as well any of the other captains etc present wouldn’t survive. Given that Kubo gives Ichigo reasons to survive ei he’s also part Quincy and the hollow takes over maybe he would like he what happened when Ulqiourra pretty much killed him and he went vasto lord. Like seeing how someone talks about their favorite character like such a technical way ought to be considered to be one of the highest appreciation of a fictional work next to cosplay and fan art.
      This form of character philosophy and discussion will only spread out to deeper thought of the whole of the work to the point that it will prompt people to think more about fiction in general.

    If yama wasn't able to catch aizen's hand after he stabbed him, under kyoka, I'm pretty sure yama would lose.

      If Aizen was stronger than Yama, he wouldn't need to contain his zanpakou using an arrancar. If yama was weaker than Aizen, then Aizen would just push away the flames. Also destroying everything to take down Aizen was just his way to ensure 100% success because Aizen is tricky and can easily escape otherwise. And Oldman Yamamoto is also lacking in stamina as seen in the databook as well. So long term battle would be to his disadvantage even if he owns Aizen for most part of the fight, he wouldn't just one shot Aizen.

    They way I’ve seen it, physical stat wise Yama is high tier but not top tier, but what he has that’s top tier is offensive reiatsu output via his Zanpakuto. Aizen and Yhwach specifically note that it’s his Zanpakuto/Destructive power that’s dangerous. Without his Zanpakuto amping his AP, Aizen was able to tank a Hado 96 from Yama with little to no damage. Royd who had 70-80% of Base Yhwach’s power, was physically stronger, more durable and faster than a bloodlusted, rage amped Yama and has the AP to get through Yama’s durability but didn’t have the durability to get by Yama’s own AP. I think it is supposed to be debatable with all the different statements. He used wonderwies to be safe and he said Yamamoto would probably win. Yamamoto is most likely stronger and because Aizen outsmarted Yamamoto he feels like he is without equal still not because of the Hogyoku. @marcusnoble5512
      It’s not really debatable though.
      Yamamoto > Base Aizen. There is no debate. Aizen planned around Yamamoto and admits he wouldn’t win a head on fight.
      Sending Kenny to Hueco Mundo was indeed part of Aizens plan, but I chalked that up to Aizen likely didn’t want Kenny just single handedly ploughing through his Espada and turning the tide at FKT on his own.
      So he made sure Kenny ended up in Hueco Mundo. It wasn’t because he was worried about wether he could beat Kenny 1 on 1, it was more that it would impact his plans as a whole.
      If Kenny is at FKT then the captains take an easy win against the Espada and that screws with Aizens plans. As even without Kenny the captains still won, but they were all exhausted and Aizen had already dealt with Yamamoto. If Kenny is there the captains likely aren’t exhausted and Yamamoto might still be in play.
      There was a data/guide book that ranked the Gotei 13 based on spiritual pressure. Yamamoto was a comfortable first.
      Who was followed by Captain Aizen who was trailed very closely by Unohana as well as Shunsui and Ukitake. With Kenny just behind them.
      Now keep in mind Aizen was ahead of Unohana, Shunsui and Ukitake and yet Aizen is far Younger than all of them.
      And as far as we know had no Bankai.
      So it’s fair to say for Aizens entire life he never would have met someone who could match him in both strength and intellect.
      And for reference look at Shunsui in TYBW he’s just as powerful during the events of FKT, as he’s one of the few characters who’s strength doesn’t change from start of series to end of series, he just doesn’t get the chance to flex during FKT and Base Aizen had a touch more power then Shunsui.
      So Aizens base power alone put him beyond some of the strongest captains and had him only second to Yamamoto. Pair that with his genius level intellect which was only second to Kisuke and Yeah Aizen was in another league.
      Yamamoto was his only superior in sheer power, but was nowhere near his level of intellect.
      Kisuke was the only one smarter but wasn’t at his level in sheer power.
      So in regards to Yamamoto vs base Aizen in a head on fight then Yamamoto takes it.
      But As we saw with the actual series Aizen was more than smart enough to overcome Yamamoto despite not quite having the sheer power to match him.
      So pure head to head Yamamoto vs Aizen with no outside influence then Yamamoto takes it. Aizen needs a bit of prep time to get the W.

      Shunsui is a 1000+ years old he’s mastered Bankai and is generally at his peak. He may be able to get stronger as he gets older like Yamamoto, but a couple of year time skip isn’t changing much.
      If a few years of training could provide 1000+ year old shinigami with noticeable benefits to their overall sheer power then why would they ever stop training? Why would 2-3 years of their 1000+ years of existence make any significant impact on their overall power?
      It wouldn’t.
      The likes of Shunsui, Ukitake, Yamamoto and Unohana would NOT get much out of a few years of training when compared to Younger Shinigami who are still far from their peak or true potential.
      The likes of Toshiro, Soi Fon or lieutenants and seated officers like Renji, Ikkaku, Rukia would all get more out of a couple years of training than the old Shinigami for whom a couple of years is literally nothing.

    I agree that Yamamoto is stronger, but I think an interpretation of Aizen's loneliness is a combo of his intense reiatsu and his extreme intellect. Aizen understands even if someone has more direct power than him, he can eventually still figure out a way to come out on top with certainty. This is what he did with Yamamoto by prepping for his flames, and would be essentially what he's doing with the Hogyoku and the Zero Squad/Soul King. Aizen himself hates the concept of someone being above him or ruling him too, so he either finds a way to prep against them or simply make himself more powerful than those beings.
    I think in his brain, because of not just his power but all his other attributes, he feels simultaneously a loneliness of never truly being challenged and a intense dislike of anyone "ruling" over him as he fully believes that he can usurp anyone.

    Yama has two disadvantages, his stamina and Aizen's intellect being second to Yamamoto. Yamamoto might be stronger than him when it comes to reiatsu and physical strength, the difference isn't big enough that he'd one shot Aizen. But Aizen is far more intelligent than him, more prepared and has more stamina. Him preparing plan for Yamamoto is proof of his intelligence. Yamamoto has raw power over Aizen and Aizen being smarter knows he cannot go direct because of that.
    As for being lonely, Aizen's loneliness came from being stronger than people around him and it was probably a long time ago, could be back when he was only in academy, that's when he would've given up on finding someone like him. As we know by the time he met Tousen, he already had figured out the true nature of the bleach verse. So he had pretty much given up on finding equal and instead focused on becoming the ruler.

  • @nophone9311
    @nophone9311 7 месяцев назад +1

    Yamamoto beats Aizen in terms of raw power and it isn't even close. The only reason Aizen wins is because he has a broken ability, and the only way to overcome it is something only Gin knew and he did not share. Put it in game terms. Yamamoto has all items unlocked, he is max level but Aizen is an admin. They aren't playing by the same rules.

    So, the giant Menos Grande that got one-shot by Mashiro could remove Yamamoto's flame prison just by blowing. If you think Aizen couldn't blow away those flames on a whim, then I don’t know what to say.
    "Probably."
    Aizen said Yamamoto would probably win if they fought directly toe-to-toe. Meaning he wasn't confident in his chances but did think he had a chance. Wonderwiese was just a precaution.
    Yamamoto's claim about being the strongest born in 1,000 years doesn't mean much since he's no omniscient. That's just an assumption on his part. The databook is merely repeating him for the sake of compiling lore. Databooks do that from time to time. This is why, for example, the data books didn't correct Urahara about the Quincy getting eradicated 200 years ago because of breaking the balance of souls when it was actually the quincy invading Soul Society a thousand years ago.
    Aizen wasn't saying he could beat Yamamoto without Ryujin Jakka. Yamamoto makes the same mistake you did, to which Aizen clarified, revealing that Yamamoto wasn't paying enough attention to what he said earlier. Wonderwiese was made to CONTAIN Yamamoto's flames. The fight was over then and there because to defeat Wonderwiese would mean releasing all those flames that Yamamoto would be forced to handle on his own. So either Yamamoto can't beat Wonderwiese without his Zanpakuto, or he does beat Wonderwiese and is defeated by his own flames. Either way, Aizen wins. Even if he survived his own weakened attack (which he did), he'd be in no condition to fight, and Aizen could just finish him off.
    The entire reason Yamamoto used Hado 96 is because it uses the body as fuel, not spirit energy. That's why it's forbidden. He can unleash its full power (full power short of the spirit chant) despite his wounded and weakened state. This isn't like when Aizen failed to properly cast Kurohitsugi and only brought out 30% of its power on Komamura.
    No, actually, Aizen's loneliness is hinted at throughout the series.
    The Hogyoku takes time to understand one's heart. Aizen explains that that is why it took so long to start evolving him. It wasn't until the loniless started coming to the surface that it noticed (like Ichigo) and made him lose.
    Aizen's ambition to replace the Soul King is because of his loneliness. That's what the Hogyoku was for and why he has that monologue when leaving the Soul Society. He was essentially telling them, "You want a god? I'll give you one."
    "Since the dawn of time, no one has stood atop the heavens. Not you, nor I, not even God himself. But that unbearable vacancy ends no. From this moment forward, I shall sit upon the throne of heaven."
    Also, loneliness doesn't necessarily mean he was stronger than even Yamamoto from childhood. It just means that he had no peers. No one could rival or understand him. The closest he ever got to finding someone was Urahara, but only by intellect, and by that point, his path was long set. Keep in mind that Aizen is only a couple hundred years old, Yamamoto had over 2,000 years to reach his level. Yamamoto couldn't be a rival because it's only a matter of time before Aizen surpassed him. Yamamoto could only be a stepping stone at best.
    Stark sought to overcome loneliness by ripping apart his very soul. Zaraki handicapped himself. Aizen used ambition and set his sights on the Soul King himself. So, by your own logic about the strongest seeking out the strongest, the only one Aizen considered as a rival was the Soul King. Someone far beyond Yamamoto.
    The only thing clear is that Yamamoto's ultimate fire type Zanpakuto was the only thing he had that Aizen acknowledged as a threat, so much so that Aizen was not confident he could win in a direct battle. Which is understandable. Not even Yamamoto could survive his own Zanpakuto being turned against him. Even a weakened version of his shikai's fire formation left him near death. And that's not even mentioning his Bankai.

    • @2406west
      @2406west 7 месяцев назад

      Yamamoto absolutley can beat Wonderweiss without his zanpakuto 🤣 he only got hurt because he had to save everyone else. His body is more resistant to his flames. If he just let it explode he would have been fine its the point blank explosion that hurt him. Yamamoto beats pre hogyoku Aizen and its clear. Even Aizen knows it. And blow his flames out‽ come on now. He wouldn't have stayed trapped in that prison if he could. I almost cant even take you serious after that

    • @corruptangel6793
      @corruptangel6793 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@2406west obviously he can beat Wonderwiese.
      No, Yamamoto intended to detonate all those flames before, remember? As Yamamoto explained: he, Aizen, and everyone else would be turned to ash by his fire formation. That is the credo of the Gotei 13: they are willing to give up their lives in order to eliminate evil. That's why he holds off and tells Ichigo to leave, which gives Wonderwiese the chance to intervene.
      The reason he has to block those flames after Wonderwiese releases them is explained by Aizen: the attack is no longer focused and thus won't be limited to Karakura Town like intended. The fire would explode indiscriminately, breaking through the barrier around Karakura Town in an "instant" and affect the world of the living. Yamamoto was forced to suppress his flames to protect the world of the living.
      No, Yamamoto would PROBABLY beat pre-Hogyoku Aizen if they were to fight directly toe-to-toe. The actual outcome is uncertain. Aizen simply points out that because of Ryujin Jakka, Yamamoto had the advantage. With its unparalleled destructive power, Aizen acknowledged that he would probably lose.
      Aizen was never trapped. That's the point. He chose to stay put because they didn't need to interfere. As he told Gin: the Espada would take care of it without them having to lift a finger. Aizen was happy to sit back and enjoy the show. It wasn't until he started getting impatient with the Espada that he called in Wonderwiese and started to make his move. As mentioned by Stark.
