:Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use:

Love Jeff Dunham. I've seen him in person about 10 times and will be seeing him again next month in Las Vegas.
:) Have a great day young lady!
❤❤❤❤❤
Out of the house the second we could. Sometimes we had chores to do. Then it was on the bikes and gather together for a ride around the neighborhood. Look for things to do. Sports, picking up soda bottles, to turn them in for the deposit, trying to lose each other on the bikes. Flirting with girls. Arguing over boundaries with kids from other neighborhoods.
Mixed in was building clubhouses, camping, fishing.
Complaining that there was nothing to do.
Bingo..Tribalism is Racism , a natural emotion..Don't let them say different..Africans know it, The Americans Indians know it too..Now let's teach our American children pride..
When I was growing up we had the the outdoors and maybe a bike, one of the best T-shirts I've seen said education ruined me, as far as I'm concerned education and technology wipes out common sense, you want proof look at the state of the world. Anyways great reaction ❤,
Amazing older generation made it thru childhood! Stayed out half night, did dangerous stunts on bikes, fighting with neighborhood bully, trying grown up things, thinking we were cool! 😎 But we did sports, boy scouts, and time yo celebrate all holidays as a family. We felt so safe we kept screen doors open, for cool air to come in as night. 🌙
@@Smittay-Sr. Grew up in Toronto Ontario in the 60s till I was eleven and was all over alone and sometimes with a friend, went to Toronto island, high park numerous places, can't see young kids doing that safely now days.
State of your world perhaps - did you not have an education? It teaches hou that everyone's the same only different. Which makes you appreciate the differences and not be so prejudicial. Can also learn to read, and thus broaden your mind on a whole range of topics and issues including the state of the world, both relative to the past and its potential for the future depending on how we handle it and each other. That's where going out and not spending all one's time on computer games comes in.
