UPDATE 07.10.24 There is no map or fragment stash tab. I’m very surprised with this choice. Even the flask tab is a life and mana tab instead of the charm tab that I would have thought it would be, and there are very minimal affinities. For now the best worth for your buck would be the currency and probably the premium bundle. Everything should be manageable without the specific tabs and their affinities. Spend your coins how you want but in the long run currency will be needed. I’ve also made an update video : Where are the STASH TABS!? - | Poe 2 Day 1 Update ruclips.net/video/wFZxC540pK0/видео.html UPDATE: 03.12.24, From Path of Exile Reddit: "If a stash tab equivalent exists in POE 1, you will get it in POE 2. If it doesn't, currently you don't get anything, but that mechanic (say blight) gets added, the tab will be too." This is still all speculation and subject to change. So, IF all the tabs are the same as they are now, this is my list. If some new ones come out, look out for an update later. However, For any beginners I would HIGHLY advise you to get the PREMIUM Stash Tabs FIRST, I didn't underline this enough in the video. Then the Currency, Fragment and map tabs, before buying any MTX. Anyways with the 300 Points, and If the prices remain the same, without the sale a bundle like this would cost you exactly: 315 Points -15 For the Upgrade to premium tab (you get 4 tabs at the start for free) -150 for the Map tab -75 For Fragment Tab -75 For Currency Tab So I would wait for a sale and get them all, or you can just get another 100 points for 10$, or out of these 4 tabs I would NOT get the MAP TAB. You can manage those better in a normal tab then the rest of stackable currency items. The Premium Stash Tab allows you to list items on the market. That's why it's so important. (as of poe 1, not 100% sure it will be exactly the same in poe2 but it should).
@@beasthaven1571 Fragment over Map in my opinion. Yeah I made an update video a couple hours ago with the same idea, I think now in early access it might not be that good as it used to be, but in the long run it probably will once they add more and more core league mechanics.
I'm working on some things now and speculating how these changes will apply. Fragment tab anyways might be reduced to one tab like it used to be due to no pinnacle bosses or scarabs, but there will be new ones so. We wont really know until Friday. But for years it was one of the best tabs out there right next to currency, so even if it wont be that useful on EA start, then it should be in the future.
gonna buy ALL of the stash tabs just because stash management is the one thing I personally hate about ARPG games 🙂 gonna love some automatic management of the stash space
Dude, I really appreciate this advice. Never played POE and really excited for POE2 and this is good knowledge. QUESTION 🙋♂️: are stash tabs account bound across all characters or will you have to buy them repeatedly for each character you create??
Not tied to characters, they are account wide so you can use them always. Once you buy them once you have them forever for all characters (Shared stash between characters in the same league)
Exactly as @stin_ca said. They are for your account, for 1 character or 5 or 10. As long as the characters are in the same league. (Such as Standard and League in poe 1). All of your items you farm are shared between all characters.
