I've been league starting blighted maps for the last couple of leagues. If you fully want to commit and maximise this strat you definitely need to plan a build for it. The most profitable strat is to rush for ravaged-blighted maps and be able to do them annoint with 3xteal oil, using the last 6 remaining to boost your reward(Like TTTSSSGGO). By far this is the most profitable strat except you need good clear and single target to get through 3xteal ravaged which often required ignite prolifération, profane bloom from occultist or poison prolif from pathfinder. From experience detonate dead is completely broken in blight, since the spell is base on corpse life and monster in ravaged-blight have increased life, the ignite hits like a truck if you detonate a lane mobs.
Personally I haven't really farmed ravaged maps. And just like with everything there is scaling. The combo you mentioned is great. For ravaged maps a good build is defiantly recommended. I'm just mentioning that on day one you can easily do T1 blight maps to get your currency rolling, and then furthermore upgrade the Strat to farm more maps, do more of them etc. But yeah, like you said, this is full commitment, I'm just stating that even the average commitment is decently great.
@@logost5786 Never tried zoomancer but I would say probably not. It depends if you want to rush it asap or are good with taking the time to scale your build enough to do it. One of the best ravaged blight rusher is DD because of corpse scaling, hexblast PF/Occulist is also really good. I suspect early on with zoomancer your minions are gonna die quite often to mob in ravaged, making it a little bit frustrating for spectre/animate guardian.
yeah, as a Blight enjoyer, I level my chars (aside of starter) in Blighted maps using triple Verdant Oil. It's about 700+ exp/h, nothing might ever compare with such fast leveling. I used this way of leveling for a while, but two leagues ago Verdants were buffed and now they give even more exp bonus. So it's a absolute no brainer for me for leveling.
Is 700 a lot? I just hate mapping so having to do white yellow and red map to get to red blights hurts my soul since I just have no fun collecting orbs sadly. Is it still good if ur not a map enjoyer I love tower defense didn’t know there was exp buff. Plus day 1 blight sounds fun I want to do sanctum mainly

Last league i did early blight, and was very happy with it, very solid and reliable money, and oils are in demand early, But i did only maps and was selling all the blighted maps.
After time you will know what anointment has what oils, or what names consist of a golden oil. You can also just just awakened Poe trade to price check, and it also shows the enchant and what it uses.
I mean anything will do, honestly. If you see you die too much just lower your juice until you upgrade. Blight is tower defense. You're not really gonna do ravaged maps on league start too. But optimally if you really wanna help out your towers then go for something that can also do some decent single target. It will help vs those big bois.
