What kind of technologies have been invested in Europe so far to rectify this change; how has it been managed to guarantee it reaches to its people, promotes bountifulness and maneuvers its market to a new position? Actually the reason behind making public transport free was not to narrow the gap between the poor and the rich, but rather it was a publicity stunt. Luxembourg government wants international recognition and this was one way to obtain it.
Public transportation as mentioned in this video was not expensive to begin with.
I've heard people state that 'Luxembourg is the first country in the world to provide free public transportation', but it is pretty much the size of a city, so...
The number of public transportation users barely increased after it became free.
This is because it is still inconvenient due to many reasons:
    1) You have to wait at the bus stop for a long time, and especially nowadays with extreme summers and winters, you can imagine how difficult it is.
    2) Trains are often delayed.
    3) Connectivity is not good if you live outside of the city, especially to the North part of the country. You usually have to take more than two buses or buses + train which takes a long time.
    4) Grocery shopping is one of the main reasons why people use their car, and public transportation is not a viable option for this. In Luxembourg currently, there are no good home delivery options for groceries if any.
Moreover, most cross-border workers still come by car, since it is more convenient than having to switch between buses and trains. So, traffic is still a major issue.
Also, I am tired of the media portraying those living in Luxembourg as millionaires, living luxurious lives. It is quite expensive to live here, especially paying for rent/housing.

It’s practical for those who live in the city. But outside it will be a different story especially if you need to get connecting public transportation. By car if it takes 15 minutes, it could take more than an hour or longer. In winter ❄️ imagine if you have to wait in the freezing cold for your bus or train…. Will you still take public transport or your car?

If you have a direct bus or train into town, you have no excuse. Switching at Hamilius or Gare really isn’t that big a deal and you can wait 5 minutes in the cold. If you need 15 by car, you will not need more than 30 by bus unless you’re really unlucky and live in some tiny place not too far from the city.
We have a banging network make use of it.

@@Ringsofice true true, but unless you’re gonna make a 20° angle on the map, rotating through the city doesn’t take that much time off. For example living in Steinsel but working in Bridel, would be 5 minutes by car and a good hour by bus. Very stupid. But that’s not the point is it, I know for a fact there’s people working opposite side of the city and instead of using the network which allows you to follow a direct route through the city and out towards where you work, but they take their car around it to save 10 minutes. This is what I mean.
I am not saying everyone is living and working in the city, just like I know you aren’t saying everyone isn’t.

Also, what we (& the rest of the world) really need is to never have to wait & just get on & go: like an escalator, only flat /horizontal-one with multiple lanes, each 2X faster /slower than the lane beside it. From the platform, the first lane is 2X faster than walking, the next lane is again 2X faster than the first lane & 4X faster than walking .... As commuters move further away from the station, they are gradually accelerated faster & faster.... The outer most lane is non-stop... No need to slow down if the next station is not your stop.

@@Bernardianism The public transport honestly isn't as good as you might think just because it's free. The trams which I ride regularly are so slow to the point that the city's hire bikes are faster in getting across the city. In addition the capacity is low as due to being built at grade to the road they cannot run more that every 4 minutes so they become very crowded. Not to mention there's a bus that does nearly the exact same route in less time so the tram other than being electric is redundant. For once a brt would have made more sense as Luxembourg is a small city. The train service is relaxing and enjoyable and frequent given the rural areas but my local line closes so often for maintenance or whatever in fact it's still closed now. Also the trains don't go all over the country and are severely limited by pour schedulimg and dates rolling stock that thankfully the latter part doesn't occur on my route we get the new trains. The buses are the lifeline for people like me who don't have a car. They run through my small town 4 times per hour, but they again suffer from pour scheduling as you'll have 2 buses in 5 minutes followed by 25 minutes with no buses not to mention unreliability. And they all despite being 4 different routes go to the same destinations but 3/4 of them take detours that take twice as long as driving. It seems the entire network was made by environmentalists and car drivers who don't understand why people would take the bus but again there are bus lanes everywhere so it seems people want the bus to be faster but it always takes detours so it's not even close

Another flicking anti Asian channel. When the narrator said "some countries struggles with their transport system", the video immediately cuts into China.
Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! China public transport system is the best in the world and it is the most inexpensive.
    1. Bullet Train
High-speed rail (HSR) in China is the world's longest high speed railway network and most extensively used -- with a total length of 37,900 km by the end of 2020.
The HSR network encompasses newly built rail lines with a design speed of 200-350 km/h (120-220 mph).
China's HSR accounts for two-thirds of the world's total high-speed railway networks.
    2. Subway
As of 2020, China had put 233 urban rail transit lines into operation in 44 cities.
China had more than 6,100 km of subway or metro lines.
As of 2020, China boasts the top 4 longest metro systems in the world -- Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu being the top 4 cities. Nine of the world's 15 longest metro systems are in China.
Although the Shanghai Metro only started operating in 1993, it is now the world's longest subway system. Half of the top ten busiest metro systems in the world are in China.
By early-2020, Mainland China had opened 41 metro systems with 185 metro lines.
    3. Civil Aviation
As of December 2017, there are 229 commercial airports in China.
Around 500 airports of all types and sizes were in operation in 2007, about 400 of which had paved runways and about 100 of which had runways of 3,047 m or shorter. There also were 35 heliports in 2007, an increasingly used type of facility. With the additional airports came a proliferation of airlines.
China has the fastest growing passenger air market of any country in the world (by total passenger numbers) and between 2009 and 2014 the number of passengers increased over 47% from 266,293,020 to 390,878,784.
In 2014 China was second only to the United States in total numbers of passengers carried.
    4. Expressway
By the end of 2020, the total length of China's expressway network reached 161,000 kilometers, the world's largest expressway system by length, having surpassed the overall length of the American Interstate Highway System in 2011.

Nice video, but the real problem isn't shown though.
The idea of 'free' public transport, is not new, many countries struggle with that.
On a holiday in Luxembourg I did see the deep-rooted issue of losing the community life in smaller towns.
Grocery stores are hard to find in those.
Luxembourg and their citizen, allowed for big shopping-centers to take over the market, which in first sight is nice and modern..
Books, bicycles, children toys, household electrics, butcheries, bakeries and all is there under one roof.
At first glance it looks good, but it also means, that every human being needs to go there, no matter how much you earn from the job.(that's why free public transport is chosen!)
But: the Luxembourg community system is broken, the smaller towns are there only to sleep..and the streets became empty of shopping people..
I walked through several towns, to breathe the culture, but there isn't any to be found!
No elderly people sitting on a bench, no children walking back from school, no shopping parents walking by..nothing there!
The liveliness in the streets is gone out of the window so to speak.
You might call this luxury, to have a bread in your fridge, but when everybody needs to do so, the social community is lost, you wouldn't speak to any body except yourself.
The streets are empty, except for cars.. rushing to drop the children, going to work or..to buy the weekly groceries in their much needed metal 'can'.
I have seen it, and experienced it, and will not enter this country again.period.
( Look at 'not just bikes' for shopping in Amsterdam, which is the same in every dutch town, to see the difference.)
The system of free transport, payed by all inhabitants together, is a good thing, it helps our environment and social connection a great deal, so why not?
All over our world it should be done.
    Cheers! :-)

Take a minute to watch my Netherlands bike video. I didn't forget to do a video about it as well. I agree with you. Community living is much needed these days in the West. People get used to giving priority to personal space and privacy as the community living interfered with each others' life very much in the past. For example, a company makes large profits in Germany. Normally they would have to pay taxes there. Through legal loopholes they can transfer the money to Luxembourg where the tax is much lower. The company only needs a bank account there no operation or anything. Germany can do nothing about this because both are in the EU and to change tax laws in the EU every country would have to vote yes on that law. In addition Luxembourg used illegal practices to make the corporate tax even lower. Google LuxLeaks for further information.
