GW2 Febe CM | Power Deadeye (annotated, Virtuoso no-Immobilize strategy)

I fucked up my jumps on the walls, but 100% of the walls are avoidable even as a Power Deadeye.
So my build is just a worse cVirt which good cleave, worse boss DPS potential, horrible mobility (Rifle Kneel walk is slow and Dagger 2 animation locks me), a riskier rotation, no Crowd Control, and no Invulnerability button built in.
But Cerus is "drawing out my malice" and I take that shit very personally.
I was confident that through my combination of Medium Armor, Iron Sight (15% damage reduction from Cerus), and my healers, I could survive the 10% phase without Invigorating Precision. Maybe not on Legendary Challenge Mode, but we'll see! I might play Condition Deadeye there, now that I've proven Power Deadeye can clear this CM.
Like most Condition Virtuosos, I took advantage of a special food from the End of Dragons story. This is "Celestial" +45-all-attributes food with 10% damage reduction AND lifesteal. I can use the Precision to crit cap, swapping my gear to full Berserker + Mighty infusions. Find that food in pinned comment!
