After testing this build a little bit more, I have seen that the Relic of Midnight King is not that worth it with Portals; you don't have as many interrupts as other variations and you don't take profit of it. It depends on your playstyle or what you want to play. You can use GS with top first trait on domi or powerblock with mantra. About relics, the ones I said in my comment. No more things, it's been 2 weeks after the video, so the build still the same :)
