If anyone was skeptical about the Wiseman-Gary Payton II trade, this is all you gotta see. Look at all the rebounds, steals, and assists by GPII in this run.
The block by wiggins at 2:24 huge and then the immediate steal that Gp2 did to keep the Warriors Momentum going since Curry hit the fade away 3 and Draymond Greens 3 in concession.
I don't even know why the coach didn't use a time out early in the run and waited too late to take two in the second half. That was a very poor judgment.
@Final Form Franchise legacy eh? You mean the franchise that has won the most NBA titles ALL in ONE city? And not a bogus "championship" in the Bubble? Any 80's Celtics team, especially the 1986 Celtics who actually won home games (50-1) would have absolutely demolished this Warriors team. The truth is, the Celtics put an end to their own season by shitting their pants AT HOME in Game 4 that could have given them a commanding 3-1 series lead but just like ALL Celtics teams aside from the 2008 team, in the post Bird era, showed zero pride on their home court and because of that inexcusable loss, they truly deserved to lose this series. After winning Game 1 on the road, all they had to do is take care of business at home and they would be World Champions. BUT... when you play like trash in your home arena, series after series after series, you don't deserve to be called World Champions. If the current Celtics can't man up more consistently on their home floor then they need to be broken up. There is NO excuse for a team that talented to have such ineptitude at home.

Bro, I know GSW wants to solidify that Curry FMVP, but please give Poole more playing time. Man, he’s just entertaining to watch. He’s a scoring machine.
Yeah he is a beats but sometimes I don't like the way he plays. His teammates are begging for the ball but he is there on the court not passing the ball and driving and driving and then shoot. But anyways, he is good too.
gonna miss having GPII out there he did a lot for the team in the short time he was on the floor. Always gonna have love for him tho, he did all that was asked of him and some 💯
people must appreciate what GP2 contributed to the GSW run this season, he made everything so easy for everyone especially when the tsunami brothers were on off night.
Let’s compare Poole during 2022 playoffs vs 2023 playoffs. My biggest thing is see how he’s not flopping and trying to force a foul call? 2022 Poole was doing his own thing and that’s what made him scary. 2023 Poole was more afraid and looking for foul calls instead of using his weapons that he has.
As a Celtics fan, i turned the game off after seeing this run because I knew we had lost. That's how definitive I was. It hurts to say it but it was a dagger from them, and the first half wasn't even over.

I fell in love with this team way back in 2013, it was their first round match up against the Nuggets and I was like "Oh man, this duo will become a headache in the years to come." I guess I was wrong, they didn't just become a headache, they became a DOMINANT force.😅🔥
Yup. I been down since the Tim n Chris burger… it’s been rough. Just making the Offs was like winning a chip back then… now we’re spoiled with hardware!!! It’s great!!!
ah man, my friend had an accumulator w GSW to win the chip, Morant to win most improved, Jokic to win MVP ... and Milwaukee to win the East. he was one Khris Middleton injury away from an absolute bonanza :-/
Yes, it's the longest run in a Finals game in the last 50 years, but it's the longest run EVER in a "Finals-clinching" game. And against the top defense in the league no less.
They're back!!!!! 2022 NBA CHAMPION!!!!!!! What a game!!!!!!!!! Congratulations Dubnation and WARRIORS!!!!!!!
When Draymond hit that three, you KNOW it was on.
Warriors stand up!!!!!! We taking the championship home tonight!!!!!!! #GOLD BLOODED 4 LIFE!!!!!!! Somebody tell Shannon I'm giggling now holding up curry, klay Wiggins, gp2, and the Poole party Jersey's while doing it.
Oh yeah!
Shannon owes Skip two cases of Mountain Dew!!!
What a SUCKER!!!
Reminiscing this in July 2024. What a magical team! My favorite finals series of all time!
Fr it’s up there
1:50 Curry grabs the board, run the fast break, drive to the lane faking a layup, gives the ball to GP2, puts the mouthpiece in his mouth and nails 3 (three) pointer. The fact that he was able to put his mouthpiece during the play is amazing.
MOST SCORING RUN IN NBA FINALS
Previous scoring run was 20-0 and still made by warriors!!
@veryslyfox u mean Smart?
@veryslyfox I know the Celtics were really embarrassing
@veryslyfox lmao u must be didn't see how many smart have? stay mad
@@laniedmd1126 😆
Definitely they will miss that Paytons relentless defensive activity.
He had quick and strong hands.
they have a better replacement with better shooting. Donte
@@kevinbayani5289 WHO..? Stop the clown behavior. Ask real GS fan who'd they rather have injured pla or not... & its definitely GP
@@htownhungryhustle9611 nah GP is just slightly better than Donte because we’re kinda lacking defense rn but Donte makes up for it with his superior scoring in literally every aspect except for dunking.
We got an up grade in donte, we good
Please tell me they didnt missed him? If you know you know. 😂😂 i told you guys!
I knew it was a wrap when Curry had a bad shooting night in game 5, 0-for-9 from 3, 16 points total, and the Warriors STILL WON
They made this run and never looked back, absolutely incredible
Currently March 2023. Please take us back to this warriors team
It is now 6/2024 during these Finals of Celtics and Mavs. Celtics are now better than when we beat them but suddenly I wish the Mavs could pull it off cuz of all the twisted narrative that still goes with our SERIES THAT WE WON. MISS STEPH BEING IN THE PLAYOFFS.
21-0 be me on rookie mode in 2K
Fr tho
loser curry ruin the game of basketball trash asss game and league all they do is shoot 3 where the cross over ??? trash product lmfaooo
The way this game started in game 6 is literally just the way I predicted it to be and that's how it's going to end tonight. This is my early Congrats to the Warriors on winning the NBA Championship🏆👏👏 Props to the Celtics tho they've had an amazing season great job 👏
Man, I can't wait to be at the championship parade! I gotta see the Warriors celebrating, with my own eyes.
@veryslyfox I guess your gonna have to argue with the refs on that and ask why.. cuz I can't help you with that 🤷
@veryslyfox that's why the Celtics had more free throws in game 6 huh stop blaming the refs Celtics just can't keep up with the warriors
@veryslyfox Refs sucked and made numerous calls for both teams stop making excuses
@veryslyfox very *salty* fox
i said it in game 3, that in the end, EXPERIENCE will prevail.
Has nothing to do with experiences. If that was the case, this series would’ve been won by Golden state already. No, the warriors are simply playing way better basketball than Boston
@@danielnelson6903 uh it definitely has to do with experience. Having veteran players especially ones with deep playoff experience is important for any team, that’s why teams still make it a focus to obtain veteran players as added depth in the first place…
@@danielnelson6903 knowing the ropes definitely helps unless you're an imbecile and your level of thinking is on par with the Neanderthals
@@danielnelson6903 Agreed, but I also think the way the Warriors persevered through a deficit and fought their way to clinch the title and the Celtics didn't, shows their wisdom. Grit can be cultivated by experience imo
Will never forget the 2022 finals. Truly the best time of my life
Wiggins defense and offensive contribution were a game changer
The greatest dynasty led by Steph Curry, don’t mention the expansion era Bulls. Take the nostalgia glasses off and appreciate their greatness right now, don’t wait until they die for you to send your roses.
100%. Perfectly stated.
If anyone was skeptical about the Wiseman-Gary Payton II trade, this is all you gotta see. Look at all the rebounds, steals, and assists by GPII in this run.
Watching this because this is how you finish off the Celtics not like the trash ass Mavs
lol exactly !!!!
Mavs bottled it for the west smh
I really wish the wolves was playing this squad or Denver, they would’ve gave them bigger problems
The block by wiggins at 2:24 huge and then the immediate steal that Gp2 did to keep the Warriors Momentum going since Curry hit the fade away 3 and Draymond Greens 3 in concession.
Crazy how much better the Celtics were this year against Mavs. The addition of Jrue and KP changed everything
Saw this after the Lakers game this really relieve my pain
Nah fr 😢
Man Poole made 2 half court shots in the series wow.
Those were game 2 and 5
If they win these one they win the whole series right that trophy 🏆
YEAH! That's one of the reasons the Warriors are champions tonight
In four and half minutes, a total collapse of Celtics from 16-22 to 37-22 that decided the game.
I don't even know why the coach didn't use a time out early in the run and waited too late to take two in the second half. That was a very poor judgment.
It was such a big swing, it must have totally deflated the Celtics inside.
@@mastereben Looking back, it is probably already so close to the end of first quarter so a pause was about to happen.
@@keenakaur6314 man the majority of their championships came in the 60s. 95%, better yet 99% of RUclipsrs weren’t even alive then 😂😂 and the last chip they won was in 2008 get over it
I saw a lot of Draymond slander during these finals for some reason. But make no mistake, GW would not have won this championship without him. He really stepped up big time in those last two games to help seal it off
All facts
Wiggins and Draymond were EXCELLENT 2-Way players throughout this sequence. Watch it again, just focusing on those 2 guys and what they did. You need guys like this to complement your Stars...
I was looking for this comment, the way draymond directs traffic and makes plays on both sides of the ball is so so so valuable. When you’re that smart and have the trust of your team it’s really hard to beat
Payton should be rewarded with the best teamwork player
Thank you for the uncut! I like to see the defensive possessions to
I’m not even a Warriors fan but they did incredible, they deserved to win 🏆 My perspective about Curry changed, I saw a humble and amazing teammate and glad he got MVP. Congrats 🎉
Thank you. Takes a strong mind to change one's opinions like that. And as a GSW fan for the last 35 years, since I was very very young, I love seeing Steph get the recognition I feel he deserves, but even more, I love seeing other people take as much delight in how he balls out as I do. What an incredible player the Chef is, and his career ain't over yet!!!
Payton - 2 points
Green - 3 points
Curry - 3 points
Poole - 3 points
(11-0 run)
End of 1st Period
Poole - 3 points
Wiggins - 2 points
Poole - 3 points
Wiggins - 2 points
(10-0 run)
Those five 3-pointers and great defense (steals and rebounds) sealed the deal for GSW.
I miss this jordan poole
Bro, I know GSW wants to solidify that Curry FMVP, but please give Poole more playing time. Man, he’s just entertaining to watch. He’s a scoring machine.
Love Poole, but let's not pretend he's been all that good until now lol. Unlimited confidence for sure tho, he's been learning from Klay.
Shaun Livingston super saying
Yeah he is a beats but sometimes I don't like the way he plays. His teammates are begging for the ball but he is there on the court not passing the ball and driving and driving and then shoot. But anyways, he is good too.
He's a little inconsistent in scoring needs more experience but still an entertaining player nevertheless.
next year, this is Curry time
That was the game right there. Amazing play by the dubs...
Congrats gsw!!! Curry proved why he is one of the greatest player of all time along with the old greats😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️
I could watch @1:58 a hundred times and still fail to comprehend how he makes it look easy
gonna miss having GPII out there he did a lot for the team in the short time he was on the floor. Always gonna have love for him tho, he did all that was asked of him and some 💯
Poole going off tonight ngl. He’s been great in this series.
He was bad in game 1 but has rounded into better form
Defense until the end of the game! let's go Warriors 🏀🏆💙
Seeing this video while the warriors are struggling now, it hits hard
Man GP2 defense gave us that spark to win this game losing him will be a big blow to us
Back here again to watch this masterpiece ❤
Congratulations GSW 🔥🔥
Look at Poole man so inspirational
It’s tradition to come back to this video once in awhile
I come back to this every now and then. Something abt the Celtics shitting themselves with the season on the line at home is so entertaining.
2 years later and this run will always give me goosebumps… I would do anything to have this team / coaching staff again before our big 3 retires 😞
Honestly I’m happy for Wiggins and how he played throughout the playoffs and hopefully Draymond doesn’t get too lit and decides to do his podcast
History in the Golden making
poole made more shots in this video then in the whole lakerrs series 2023 :D
That's the NBA's #1 defense right there, getting shredded by the Dubs.
the amount of times i've watched this is unhealthy 🤣
21-0 run this warriors team was just that damn good.😮💨👀😭🔥😱
people must appreciate what GP2 contributed to the GSW run this season, he made everything so easy for everyone especially when the tsunami brothers were on off night.
Let’s compare Poole during 2022 playoffs vs 2023 playoffs. My biggest thing is see how he’s not flopping and trying to force a foul call? 2022 Poole was doing his own thing and that’s what made him scary. 2023 Poole was more afraid and looking for foul calls instead of using his weapons that he has.
watching this in april to get me ready for this years championship
Feels good to be a curry fan…hats off to the fan base
Don't forget that 11 of the 21 is from Jordan poole alone
2 years ago but I still watch this multiple times
All those Steph haters are going to have to get a new line. That 'he's never won a finals MVP!'...is DOA.
I'm sure Skip is brewing up a new one. Max already conceded.
The Warriors woke up after Game 3 and were unstoppable the rest of the way.
Whenever GP2 is in, I just watch him. If you focus on him, you'll see *chefs kiss* defense at play every possession.
First to BC. Hold your head up high. You didn't make it easy. Next year you might be a threat. DUB Nation you knows what time it is. 🏆 CONGRATULATIONS
Dunno why but this reminded me of Rocket's 27 consecutive missed 3s
LETS GOOO WARRIORS!!!💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛
When I’m having a bad day .. I come here to feel better!😊😅😂
As a Celtics fan, i turned the game off after seeing this run because I knew we had lost. That's how definitive I was. It hurts to say it but it was a dagger from them, and the first half wasn't even over.
😂😂😂😂
