Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups

These wraps are so delicious, healthy, and so easy to make! Thank you and enjoy!
Ingredients:
For 3 ct tortilla
2 pounds of chicken breast
1 tsp of salt
1tsp of pepper
1 tbs of butter
4 tbs of corn oil
½ bunch of green onion
1 8oz soft cream cheese
3 tbs of chopped parsley
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 cup of shredded taco style cheese
1 can diced tomato with green chilies
1 tbs of old El Paso taco seasoning mix
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In frying pan put butter and oil in low to medium heat. Put chicken in and leave it for six to seven minutes for both sides. Then shred the chicken. In the bowl put cream cheese, chopped onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, shredded chicken, cheese, and taco seasoning, and mix until it’s combined well. In the plate put tortilla and the 3 tbs of mixture and spread it out evenly, then roll it up. Cover wrap with plastic paper and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes then serve it. Cut each tortilla into 4-5 pieces. Thank you! Enjoy!

Wow! what a neat idea of tortillas! i do make similar rolls from Armenian bread Lavash and i put some dill, cheese and tomato and sausage or hot-dog:)) (LAVASH looks like tortilla but is made of wheat only and comes usually in larger pieces). Thumbs up!
