Actually pineapple upside down cake is an actual thing in the USA. You do use ring cut pineapple and maraschino cherries in the middle. Then you just dump everything in and it bakes. Many people like it but I personally don’t care for it. Josh doesn’t look impressed with Jamaica night food.😂🤣

Also, leaving plastic jars, water bottles, ect in high heat releases harmful chemicals into the product. Don't drink bottled water left in your car after high heat exposure. Not all plastic is BPA FREE so just an fyi and I still don't chance it. This includes microwaving your food in plastic containers and putting them in the dishwasher. There's your tips from Tea.

I don't know why but she always cuts the onion in quite big pieces. I'm an adult and wouldn't want to eat a big chunk of onion especially when she isn't cooking them for a long time.
