In celebration of the 9th anniversary of the anime, I decided to sub the show with my friend Zedopp. We weren't too sure about some of the names, so they may not be entirely correct, but everything else should be fairly close to the original.
The material presented in the video belongs to Ashi Productions and TV Tokyo. We make no claims to anything. This is a fansub by fans for fans. I have SO much respect for Samurai Goroh. This version of him is a boss in comparison to his GX counterpart. Overall, a great episode. 2 episodes to. Sigh. I don't want it to end.
The reactor Might powers are getting ridiculous. At first, it is some super nuclear reactor thing for the f-zero machine, then it mutates zoda, it can produce shockwaves, then it can open a wormhole in spacetime, then it can erase and restore memories, now it can create swords.
I mean, I don't even.
THEY WERE MADE BY THE BIG BANG. WHY WOULDN'T THEY BE ABLE TO DO THAT STUFF?
I do even.
Another reason why to keep these sources of power from Black Shadow and his posse. They were created from the Big Bang which is why he's feeling giddy thinking about them.
And it can make someone immortal (Zoda's machine pretty much merge with Fire Field Lava to become a dragon and Zoda didn't even died from said lava.)
I love Samurai Goroh's way of the sword! He truly is a sword master! :3
i really am getting attached to all these characters. XD they did a great job fleshing them out. it makes me sad itll be over soon. :
i never thought id say this but: samurai goroh is such a baddass in this series!!

@@juniarso2406 Luckily, F-Zero 99 is a recent game so for those who are fans of F-Zero, spread the word of this anime.
But yeah, most adapted stuff of video games tend to vary but F-Zero is like everything you love from other stuff and more kinda like the game 'Waku Waku 7'. 'Tis a shame we'll never see an anime like this again for F-Zero.
You can tell this anime is like a HUGE passion project and the writers are definitely fans and nerds of pop culture, they mixed it in with F-Zero. I feel I wanna live in Mute City just watching the anime.

oh fuck yeah, i always thought goroh as a fat guy who always lost to falcon......then i watched this....the irony
This anime really transformed Goroh, in this he is a badass who does bad but still maintains some good morales in him, in the games he is just a fat little thief with a big ego and wants to win f zero for money and notoriety.
What a serious ending, then it cuts to Ryu on the guitar with Jack :/

Jody & Falcon teaming up was great. Wow, close one- EAD was impressive w/the rescue.
Great talk, then action w/Goroh vs Zoda. Ryu's battle was intense- and what a cliffhanger.
Samurai Goroh is soo badass in this anime. One of the best characters!!

I've imported and played F-Zero Climax and did everything besides most of the Zero Tests and Survival mode at this time. It's not a bad game, though it can be a bit too easy if you know what you're doing.

@Dreadopp Was that contest that Bart/Andy/Falcon mentioned at the end a real thing? We all know that F-Zero Climax was in fact released, so what about everything else advertised? I would check eBay, but something about that is keeping me from doing so.
Unfortunately, I have no idea if those things were actually released. If they were, with so few in existence, I say good luck trying to find them. :P
