In celebration of the 9th anniversary of the anime, I decided to sub the show with my friend Zedopp. We weren't too sure about some of the names, so they may not be entirely correct, but everything else should be fairly close to the original.

The only reason nobody listened to Clank in this episode is because the plot demanded it. Normally they hear him out first.

I'm guessing by this point in the series, the idea of Bart being Jody's long lost brother is pretty obvious, so they went ahead and had Ro-Bart say it outright. heh.
It's the only time he could rant about all of his secrets so that's probably why he went all out. ANYWAY I LOVE THAT
Clank Is an Important character on the series, despite being a kid, and yet they Ignore him even If It´s no joke? That was too forced.
Also, can we all just take a moment and notice the fact that Tanaka is a Sunbro at the end there?

If Blood Falcon made a doppelganger of Mr. EAD and interference with Kate Alen, I would be so unhappy. I'm just surprised that that didn't happen.

How does the ranking in this police department even work? I mean, I get that the Chief is the boss of everyone, but what is Tanaka job? And if he is the head of the Mobile Task Force, then what's Jody for?
+scottthewaterwarrior Seems to me that Tanaka is the bureaucratic boss, while Jody actually leads the team.

Jody and the Doc JUST said, "He might be a fake." ...BUT WHAT HAPPEN? PLOT HAPPENED IN THE WORSE WAY TO MAKE IT. Blatantly making people go against what they just thought, said, or did to keep the "plot" going because they couldn't think of something else.
...Sigh, every show or movie does this. Even more now and days. It's not a plot kicker to keep the thing going, it's just plain dumb to do. More so when the PEOPLE SAID IT THEMSELVES.
And what that something else is you ask? You look me in the face and tell me they don't have Camera's in that big fucking future building of theirs. THAT THEY USED BEFORE. Or even why it suddenly turned into "We trust our people AND FRIENDS WHO WOULD NEVER DO THIS, but don't trust them now or will question why they did this now, FOR NO REASON." .I dare- I DARE YOUR FACE. It's not even the "they never listen to the kid"-thing, THEY'RE SUPER SPACE-FUTURE COPS MEANT TO FIGHT SUPER EVIL. And you're gonna say they don't have something for this? That they don't know how to at least handle something like this? Look at the camera's, actually TALK to your friends and get them together. You know, ACT LIKE THIS IS YOU JOB AND YOU CAN HANDLE THIS? Like you've had these people as friends and trust them? THAT.
I forgive this Anime, it's old and different. I love it. But nothing today can be forgiven for this poor story writing. It's insulting to this see kind of thing in shows and movies TODAY. And you want to know why I forgive it this time, here in this anime? CAPTAIN FALCON WENT MISSING, That's why. Once he's gone, everyone turns into useless babies who've NEVER done their jobs before. THAT'S why. PLOT. PLOK. That's right, Plok. That really old game.

That would not be actually a surprise. Altought not at the same time I think.

Sorta, there's a GF in both Metroid and F-Zero, but those games don't take place in the same universe.........or do they?
Metroid, Star Fox, and F-Zero all seem to be somewhat in the same universe. Either that, or F-Zero is just a cross-over, taking their elements. Jody Summer's appearance is almost exactly like Samus at the end of Metroid. James McCloud is the most obvious reference, wearing the same outfit as Fox McCloud and his machine looking like an Arwing. Leon is also a character in Star Fox, who is a chameleon, but in F-Zero is a wolf. Jane B. Crystal, a pilot from F-Zero Maximum Velocity, looks like Zero Suit Samus. Both Arwings and F-Zero machines use G-Diffuser technology. And the law enforcement is called Galaxy Police, Galaxy Federal Police, or Galactic Federation. I actually think there is an F-Zero game where you can outright play as Samus Aran racing in her gunship, called the Crimson Flare. Wolf O'Donnell is the name of the leader of Star Wolf, and in this show James McCloud's war buddy's name was O'Donnell. Bart even goes as far as saying James McCloud's partners are Pigma and Peppy, exactly as they were in Star Fox lore, and rather than their team being called "Star Fox", it's called "Galaxy Dog". In F-Zero X, James McCloud says "I drive like a sly fox!" Samus Aran and Captain Falcon are both Bounty Hunters, and in this Andy Summer timeline, this also means they both worked for the police before becoming hunters.
That's all the references between those series I've seen so far. I didn't count EAD and Mario cause that stuff's separate.
Oh, and just to blow your mind, if you use a 0 character instead of spelling out Zero in the title F-Zero X, it spells F0X.
Kuro Nyra Actually, Metroid takes place BEFORE F-Zero in terms of time on Earth.
