POV response. Cardiac Arrest

We were dispatched for a priority 1 chest pain on the highway. Individual began having severe chest pains while driving. They pulled off onto the drive of a weigh station to call 911 and went unresponsive while on the line. On arrival the individual was in cardiac arrest and CPR was initiated by the Ambulance crew.
