  • Stir fry Chinese vegetables
    Ingredients:
    3 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    10 cloves garlic chopped
    5 fresh red chillies chopped
    5 stems (white part) spring onions chopped
    200gm bunch of Chinese brocolli (optional) with stems and leaves separated
    200gm bok choy with stems and leaves separated
    300gm silken tofu diced into 1" cubes
    10-12 mushrooms sliced
    Sauce mix:
    1 cup vegetable broth
    5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
    2 tbsp chilli sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine or mild vinegar
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1/2 cup green part of spring onions finely chopped for garnish
