I stay close to Kashyap Bhavan in Andheri and that is where I met this Kashmiri Pandit family who were here for cancer treatment 3 years ago. Gods grace he is absolutely fine now. Thanks to them I got introduced to Kashmiri cuisine. Absolutely love your Nadru dishes. I even stayed with them for over a week during my visit and was showered with so much love from every person in the family. Not to mention the delicious food. I even got used to Noon chai by the end of my stay with them !! I learnt so much of their culture and recipes. I wish there was some kind of authentic Kashmiri restaurant in Mumbai. Being a pure vegetarian it is a pleasure to know Kashmiri cuisine has so many vegetarian recipes. will be watching your videos for more vegetarian dishes.

Being a Punjabi Kashmiri pandits I know all this cuisine but we make dal rajma without onion garlic also
