Dr Whitfield, thank you so much for these videos. I have my explant/lift in 10 days. Can you suggest a good scar gel/strips? I remember you mentioning a specific brand but can't seem to find that video.

I aspirated coming out of my last surgery getting my implants. Now 12 years later I am extremely nervous for my explant next month. I am following a strict autoimmune diet and doing everything I can to stay healthy. I am currently on methotrexate for my stills disease, but my surgeon wants me to stop taking it. My fear is getting my fevers back wich is part of stills. Should I keep taking methotrexate until my surgery and then stop?
Very common to be nervous. In my practice we don't stop those medications before surgery but want to help make sure we can get you off of them as quickly as possible after surgery.
