Fenugreek sprouts are worth trying. And they are easy snd quick, as long as you get good seeds. See Jerry Brainum and others on the benefits of fenugreek.
Also, black beluga lentils are exceptionally nutritious, and good ones sprout easily and vigorously.

If you don’t like the taste, try this! I will mix a quarter of an avocado with some lime and a little sea salt and a good handful of broccoli sprouts. I put that on top of my toast and it’s really delicious! Or you can just eat it like that without toast.

Maybe we could follow Charity Water around and as soon as the village has water, teach them to sprout. Abundance took over your mind once you had food that was abundant. Jars, screen tops, water, organic non gmo seeds and a cleanser is all that is needed. Super nutrition. Hunger resolved. Plus CW has been around since 2006, so that’s a lot of places with water now so retracing CW steps might increase the speed at eliminating hunger and death from malnutrition. Just a thought.

I loved this video it was so informative and interesting.I have been eating sprouts for most of my life. I started with canary seed on washed cotton in trays in my teens, my parents thought i was very weird and tried to stop me as they didn't understand why i needed to eat this odd veg. Cage birds had a seed mix that was near to their natural diet, it had many flower seeds as a base but it also had mustard, kale ect. I had to research the seeds and try to find them in gardens and horticultural venues.Obviously some seed is toxic and dangerous to eat for humans, as i found out with morning glory seed, wow some trip but not to eat before visiting grandma! The grass seeds are some of the best, best for me just chitted, clover seeds are also a treat, as sunflower, hemp, linseed needs to eaten cooked and not really for sproating as it can slightly toxic,we used to cook linseed for the horses as a conditioner for body.I loved sunflower sprouts and seeds. Not only do i eat all the seeds that can now including pea ,bean and lentil i grow alfalfa and wheat sprouts for my chickens and horses, hydroponics.

The only thing about having sprouts in a restaurant is the concern about food poisoning. Especially when eaten raw.

Food poisoning only happens when you eat junk not bacteria. In the U.S. the propaganda is so strong you don’t know what makes you sick.

When it comes to chia you cant soak them , just spread them on a flat service cover with paper towel and water them by spraying, but for better details look up some videos about sprouting chia seeds,
