Midfielder Specific Training Session | Dribbling, Passing, Control, Scanning, and Shooting

Welcome to Prolific Soccer!
Today, we will show you a midfielder specific session for soccer/football players! This is a session that I coached 1 on 1 with a player who wanted to improve certain areas of his game. We work on many things in this session such as dribbling/footwork, passing, juggling, first touch, scanning, communication and shooting. I talk through each of the drills so you know what is going on and what we do to improve the drill even further.
