In today's video, I will be showing you 5 exercises to get faster feet. All you will need is 4 cones and a little bit of space. Usually I do these 3 times a week right after the warm up to start the training session. As I say in the video, you can increase the sets and reps if you want this to be a complete workout.
These fast footwork drills will help you improve your speed, agility and quickness! You can even do these at home and if you have enough space you can even add a ball into the workout.
