I will share a secret that can lead to complete myopia prevention in this video. It's simple, but not many people among the general public know about it. It sounds simple, but in reality is extremely hard to achieve.

You have some good points in this video, however you forgot to mention the biggest secret of all; wearing a plus for near work which would eliminate accommodation thus preventing and in some cases reversing myopia. Why is this never talked about?

Secret?
Begin prevention no later than 20/50.
Make your own refractive measurements yourself as a skilled engineer.
Then slowly go from 20/50, or -0.75 Diopters to +0.25 Diopters.
Or now 20/20.
I am a skilled engineer.
Why not help me?
Helping the public is difficult.
Why not help your own children, by wearing a plus lens for near.
This is science based prevention.
