Well at least your actually doing the quilting! I hate some RUclips quilters who just put the quilt on and push their design and watch the computer do the work! Sorry but that’s turning your quilts into a factory just push the button and go have coffee! NO! I want to see the actual quilter showing off their techniques not what your machine can do. Jamie one of my favorite quilters is another good quilter who at least takes the time to put in the work and teach the techniques. I love log cabins and it’s probably my favorite block along with the coin quilt and card trick. I learn from your videos so thanks!
I just found this channel, and the most creative quilter I know! Linda, you took your Texan talent to Wonderful Wyoming and are spreading the joy of longarming! I had the fun of enjoying classes with you in Houston, and love that you have continued to create outstanding designs in your new home.
You both bring so much creativity to my favorite pastime. I love combining Statler with freehand. I probably would have added a freehand feather to that blank area on Corey’s triangle, but recording it so I could drop it into the remaining three-might as well have it look consistent. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks guys! I just got my new 22” from ATouch of Thread in Zainsville, OH in Dec so I’m really new to using a longarm...I greatly appreciate these sampler videos you and Cory have made! Keep them coming!
I'm practicing on a domestic. It is fun, but a little awkward. Hoping for a bit of a slow down at work so I can get a day or 2 off for some in person classes then onto their rental machine.
came here looking for log cabin quilting ideas, and you two are so cute together! gonna go watch all your other videos now. thank you!!

A question about your stabilization- do you do the serpentine lines on every line in the block, or just a couple?
Never mind. I figured it out as the video progressed. Great video!
Linda, do you prefer the constant mode all the time when you free motion quilt?
What kind of sewing machine can use quilting pressure feet, please tell
We would recommend you check with your sewing machine manufacturer on what your machine uses.
Corey - can the ribbon candy be done on a home machine?
I did the ribbon quilting with FMQ on my sewing machine. It helps to stabilize stich the sides of your ribbon first.

Your laugh is so lilting, love to see you guys work uh um I mean play lol

This is March9, 2021 ... Are you doing this video on a domestic sewing machine (no long arm)? Thanks
We are quilting on a Longarm Quilting Machine.
How much does this cost
I. Like. It looks so. Easy
The machine tension seems, can’t say the same for the hosts. Lol
