      Yeah! I was thinking the same. One day I made the opera cake and thought that it looks easy enough. It took me the whole day! 😅

      I did it yesterday with homemade puff pastry and everything else. It took me 3 days. So yeah, it’s quite a bit of work!

    That cabbage hack is amazing. Had never seen this pastry until we watched an episode of the Great Australian Baking Show this week. Seeing a pro like you make it within a couple of days is mind-blowing. Keep making your great content. I learn so much from each video.

    Hi, I remember you said, in an previous recipe, (beef wellington I guess) that the dough was never cooked through. And I 100% agree with that. But it seems to be the case for your pithiviers...
