I LOVE THIS COMMENT!!!! My sister introduced my son to his first piece of candy and pork when he turned five and I allowed him nights out. I beat her up, but please keep her confident and strong in her choice to loving REAL JUICE & FOOD. I’m not vegan, but I love natural things and food! ♥️🤗
Just finished a juice.. and I'm enjoying it right now. 1 large cucumber, knob of ginger, 2 stalks celery, handful of spinach, juice from half a lemon, and 3 small apples. yummmm
Thank you for suggesting the Nama juicer. I bought mine about 3 weeks ago and have been juicing like an addict. Prior to the Nama I juiced from a blender but the Nama is so much easier. Also can’t wait to see videos of your trip to my birth country of St. Lucia.
I got my Nama juicer today :) I love how everything was labeled and you also get a recipe book as well! It was heavy but that told me that the product is quality. My grandies will never drink soda or Crystal Light, etc, etc, AGAIN!!! (At least not around me ;)
Maybe for you all. Remove this is a public forum. Some people’s bodies have difficulty breaking down fibers. What works for you may not work for everyone.
Great video! Thank you so much for encouraging self sustainability, etc. I want a Nama Juicer and have been saving up...Yay for a Mother's Day Sale. I absolutely love watermelon and pineapples, etc. but I go with the teaching of "Eat melons alone or leave them alone" because mixing fast digesting foods with slower digesting foods causes fermentation and putrefaction that leads to acidosis to one level or another. Not real noticeable for raw foodest, but for those who aren't there yet, it can create noticeable blockages in the lymphatic system...
I freeze my watermelon. I love me a slushy.... so I add the juice of 1/2 lemon to a blender, about 2 cups of frozen cubed watermelon, around 1/2C alkaline water (more or less) and blend. Wonderful slushy.....great for hot summer days.
Just curious, where do you get your fiber from if you are only drinking the liquid? Also, I know there are nutrients in it, but, it’s a lot of sugar? Thanks Kristina 🙂
I just got my nama juicer today and wow it is amazing ! I love it. I am going to try out this recipe next ❤️ so far I’ve made orange juice and apple juice . So much better than from the container . Much tastier too.
Hello dear Kristina, I have recently bought a Nama and my question is..when you juice celery, pineapples and watermelon (high water content fruits or veggies) does the pulp come out dry? I’m having the issue that the pulp of these fruits and veggies are coming out wet. I appreciate your time to answer.
What do you recommend for storage? I thought they oxidize or lose nutrients if you don't consume within that same day of juicing. That's what my Holistic doc told me when I was doing carrot juicing. Was just curious? Thank you very much 🙂
I mostly use my blender with my sifter..if I don't want to use my commercial juicer..easier cleanup..lol..I have a juicing station set up..all kind of machines..lol
This is such a delicious and affordable recipe, thanks Kristina for making this new video. I wonder if it can be stored in the fridge the whole week without oxidating? Much love ❤️
We miss you here in Houston if anybody deserve a Beautiful Paradise you deserve it ,being a Great example of Healthy Living and a good and caring Heart. Thanks
Hi everyone, so I wanted a juicer for a long time ( i mean yrs) and i finally bought the Nama juicer (coming in today EEEkk so excited) and i have been binge watching all of Kristina's videos. Somewhere in one of your videos Kristina you mentioned how long i can keep my Nama juiced juices in the fridge. I can't find it. Could you tell me how long i can keep it refrigerated?
Need to know, how do you deep clean your juicer? I’ve had the Nama for 1.5yrs now and I use turmeric and beets and the staining is real haha. How do you combat this/deep clean?
Kristina, you have a very healthy relationship to the physical world. You recognize its Holiness. Most people either revel in the physical world and so profane themselves and others and nature itself with their revelry, or, they are "spiritual", which leads them to disdain the physical world and try to ignore it and they devalue it. Could you give a talk about this? I'm sure you have very important insights into this to share.
New to your channel Kristina. You are helping people more than you know! Previously vegan but feel Much Better being Raw Vegan plus So Much Happier! Switched overnight and learning everyday. Much Love to you and Cash.
Thanks for sharing. I'm juicing as I watch using the ninja cold pressed. I must up to a new juicer to speed up the process. How long does it take you to complete if you don't mind me asking
Woww Thats amazing,, do you usually make juice and store them? If so, how long do you recommend before they loose all the nutrients value? Thanks Kristina!
This sounds like a delicious combination! I love the budget friendly suggestions.
Thank you Tonia and much love!
5:47- the juicing starts 🦋

My child will never know what kool aid is!!! LOL I’m giving her this 😩💕💕🤸🏾♀️🙏🏽
We were Boujee kool aid drinkers. Sliced up lemons in the pitcher! 😂
Awesome! Same

Thanks Kristina finally a realistic recipe that I could afford in Jersey 👍🏽

That's because you are a sugar addict...
Love the budget friendly juice recipe! Would love to see more of these 😊💖
Did you mean to say “under $35 a week?”
Ok, I listened to the whole thing. Broken down to $3 a 32 oz. jar for each day for a week. 👍🏼❤️
Oh. 🙄
She actually calculated for each jar (11) that was made @ $2.99 a jar = $32 and some change...
I actually love a combo of mostly cucumber, celery and lemon
Yup, that mellow pace & chill tone - that's the new level You've upped to.
Aloha

Watermelon 🍉
Pineapple 🍍
Oranges 🍊
Limes
🍉💞Juice is life💞🍉
HalleluYAH🌱💞
Bite and chew your food. I was going through so many oranges while squeezing them. Now I just eat one or two, and I am full.
Plus actually most of vitamins are attached to the fiber of the fruit which is eliminated when juicing!
Exactly. Way more healthful and budget friendly. Removing the fibre renders it no longer a whole food

@@heatherhall6711 for a person that has this issue, then you should use whatever method to help you.

Yes!!! I would add in some greens too they can be as low as 99 cents frozen. Great video!
Watermelon and carrot juice 50% each are very nice and tasty !
Thanks for this tip! Trying next 😋

Really looking forward to a budget friendly green/veggie juice! Thank you so much for this video!🙏🏻💕
I absolutely LOVE how you present information!!!! Thank you!
What fruit can be used in the winter when watermelon is out of season. Juicing will be my life and my passion. Thank you Christina!
More budget friendly ideas please 🙏🏻
Just curious, where do you get your fiber from if you are only drinking the liquid? Also, I know there are nutrients in it, but, it’s a lot of sugar? Thanks Kristina 🙂
The entire rest of her diet is mass amounts of fibre
I know this comment is late, but juice contains soluble fiber, which can help reduce blood cholesterol and improve blood glucose levels.

What was the ratio of each juice in each jar??? Thank you for sharing the recipe!❤

Just bought the Nama J2 with your link. Thanks for the inspiration to juice and be healthier 🙏
Looks delicious I just brought a small watermelon and pineapple with other fruits and veggies today. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Watermelon automatically provides a high yield; mostly water. Any juicer would work for it.
Pineapple is a different story ;)
yes and you dont need to strain them either really, keep the goodness
@@FullyRawKristina so true

You are right. Not all of us can afford a nama juicer.
This is great but too much sweet juice spikes my blood (oranges & pineapples). Plus does this help w weight loss like green juice?
This is such a delicious and affordable recipe, thanks Kristina for making this new video. I wonder if it can be stored in the fridge the whole week without oxidating? Much love ❤️
Great video! I love my Nama.
Just ordered my nama juicer! So excited to receive it in the mail and improve my health 🧡
What are your favorite juice recipe combinations?! Much love everyone! 🍉

This is so refreshing and such a savings!!Thanks so much for sharing this healthy alternative to any regular juice that's out there!💖🍉🍍🍊🍈
Can you please talk about the health differences between NAMA and a slow masticating juicer? Trying to decide.
The Nama is a slow juicer! This video might help: ruclips.net/video/FgpK4J98L4s/видео.html

I have learned so much from you. You are an amazing woman!
Now I definitely want to get into juicing thanks Kristina.
How much juice should a person drink a day and with this beautiful recipe. How long would this last in refrigerator before loosing it's quality.

Can you do a budget friendly coconut milk recipe? As in nut milk, not canned coconut milk for curries.
Make it yourself. Just breka the coconut, add to blender, add water. Strain
You are so adorable. Thanks for sharing knowledge and education ❤ your energy is contagious ❤
Thanks for sharing that fruit looks amazing can’t wait to try this juice

Thank you Kristina! I will be making this juice!
Got my Nama juicer last week.
Nice juice recipe, can't go wrong with watermelon juice, so refreshing
Thank you very much Kristina.
I noticed with my Omega juicer my juicing strainer gets clogged when I juice pineapples. Other than that I have no issues with other fruits.
I ordered my nama juicer earlier today I can't wait to get it
Thank you for the budget friendly suggestions. An recommendation for Amazing juicer. I Love this 🍉🍋🍍🍊🍎🥕
How do you store your juice once the jar up?
Costco is my go to store to buy fruits 😍😍😍
They have a huge selection of organics right now.

How long can juices be stored in the fridge ?
This combination should last for up to 5 days in your fridge (maybe a little longer) if you're using good ingredients.
@@FullyRawKristina thank you!! And what about a green juice ? The one from your 3 easy juices video ?
I had the same question. I thought the juices would only last (stay fresh) for about 48 hrs...
6 watermelons, a few pineapples, 6 oranges, and about 4-5 limes, roughly.
How long will these stay good in the refrigerator?

I want to add fresh juice to my lifestyle change but I am worried since I am a type 2 diabetic. Do you have recipes for Diabetics?
Your the best!

Hi what will these juices do for my body n skin
Beetroot, apple, carrot and orange 😁
Sound delicious
Wow. Thank you. I bought the juicer to replace one that I had. I can't wait to do more juicing......
I never saw the ratios. Does anyone know? Looks amazing.
Maybe you show us how to store those juices in bulk.. Any tips will be helpful
I have jars with lids and I put mine in the fridge..the pulp settles to the bottom i just stir them to the top drink and go..yummy
Freeze them immediately. You won't lose the nutrients. ;-)
I just got a Nama Juicer, but I'm just one person. Did you freeze any of this and if so how long would it keep in the freezer or fridge?
Amazing 😁🙌 can you juice the watermelon skin?
me too Kristina I love watermelon
Did you mix all the pineapple amd watermelon and orange amd limes together the juice to make 11 jars
What’s left of the fruit after you juice can you put that in your composter
Wow, you can get those watermelons for $2 each. Never seen that cheap!
Costco! Went today 😁
Please show more of your garden.🌞
Can you answer this question i was told that anything you juice you should drink right away due to losing all the nutrition. Is that right?
Woww Thats amazing,, do you usually make juice and store them? If so, how long do you recommend before they loose all the nutrients value? Thanks Kristina!
This combination should last for up to 5 days in your fridge (maybe a little longer) if you're using good ingredients.
How often do you have to replace the juicer? This is a great juice to keep hydrated during the summer and my kiddos would love this!
What do you mean replace the juicer..?
You’re Glowing love all your content 😍
Thanks beauty! Can't wait to make this for my whole summer! What jars are they? Do you love the jars? I am def buying the Nama!
Thank you, as always, good tips and a great juice video. 🥰
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video!! Just made a batch, the best juice I've made! Soooo delicious 😋😋😋
When u juice instead of blend, do you end up throwing lots of great fiber in the garbage ?
Thx !
