looks sooo good. one piece of advice though- evaporate all the water out of your butter before adding in the flour. once your butter stops making cracking noises, you'll know it's ready. this will make your butter and flour mixture smooth from the start.

I made a nice soup recipe yesterday that turned out so yummy and was devoured 😂 also made really tasty brownies that were so moist inside!! Instant hit and all gone 😂😂 I filmed both 🙃enjoy your evening!!

Hi! I’m in the US, so we use heavy cream which is 36% butter fat. In the UK, you can substitute with double cream which has 48% butter fat. Since the double cream is a little richer, I would do 1.5 cups of double cream and half a cup of milk. I looked on tesco and saw a brand named Tom Parker creamery double cream which looks to be liquid. You want a liquid version of double cream.
