I could've told you this. I'm 10 hours into the game, and that damned Eevee is STILL staring at my screen.
Oak has taken out a home loan to provide the pokeballs at this point.
if a house cost 1.5M pokebucks {based on pokemon platinum}
then you have to waste at least 150K pokeballs {or fail for 150K times at catching that damm eevee}

When you think catching a Pokemon is hard
But failing is even harder
After failing 152 thousand times he gives you 1000 pokeballs and after 180 thousand fails he gives you 12 master balls. I got my twitch account banned for streaming that long.

This was interesting, but it's pretty much what I figured. Would be funny if you just got a game over screen and you had to start a new save.
Old school gaming. With as few autosaves as possible, or none.
Meanwhile, Eevee got so tired of waiting that it didn't even bother dodging and ran away moments later, leaving them unaware that they are now just throwing pokeballs at nothing but empty space. 😂

No, you can't evolve your starter. You can only evolve a Pikachu or Eevee if you find it in the wild.

Well, what I've gathered here is two things:
1. This is a shameless cash grab video, covering a more than pointless question. You miss, he gives you more Pokeballs, and gets you to try again. Definitely does not need to be 11 minutes long.
2. Your fans can't handle it when someone calls you out. Maybe someone doesn't want to check the comments before viewing the video, like most people do. You can hardly call them out for complaining about the video wasting their time. They're well within their right to criticise a video if it does exactly what this does, ie waste someone's time.
Clickbait and time wasting 10 minute videos are why RUclips has gone downhill over the past few years. For so many people, it's all about making money with less than halfassed content, nothing more. More clickbait, less creativity.

To be honest I do not see it as a waste, sure if you wanna know the answer skip through it, but personally I found it quite entertaining to see him fail so many times at failing.
