► Since you can see wild Pokemon walking around in the overworld, I always wondered - what would happen if every Pokemon was shiny in Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu and Pokemon lets go Eevee? How would it look? Today, I'll be modifying my Pokemon lets go Eevee game using many tools such as PkNX to make it so all wild Pokemon have a 100% chance of appearing, including my starter! In addition, trainers will have shiny Pokemon as well, for even more fun!

I believe that I heard the Gen 1-2 games, for the most part, used a color swap in the Pokemon's palette, which is why a lot of them are that same odd green -- the shinies weren't intentionally designed (with some exceptions, like the red Gyrados)

1:51 I got pretty lucky on my playthrough of Pokemon let's go Pikachu. I tried to get into Misty's gym but to do so, you need to have a Pokemon at level 15 or higher, and my highest level pokemon was my Pikachu, at level 13, so I went to route 4 and caught the entire population of Pokemon there, and found a shiny Sandshrew in the process.

In that save, non-shiny Pokémon are technically shiny
Except, the only pokemon that can spawn are shiny. The only non-shiny pokemon are ones owned by people in cutscenes or the overworld such as the old Lady's slow poke or the butterfree shon in the video
@@BenMaguireLONEWOLF9989 but I mean like, 1 in 4000 chance of a shiny spawn in a normal save, if the same rule applies to that save, then there's a 1 in 4000 chance of a non-shiny Pokémon spawning in that save. because if all non-shiny Pokémon in that save become shiny, then any shiny Pokémon are technically non-shiny, because they are rarer.
I wonder... if the mod makes all Pokemon shiny ... would an ACTUAL shiny turn normal? XD

This video reminds me of the story of my first shiny! I was playing the game normally and then a shiny Rattata appeared! I caught it and I thought I was dreaming or something! I had the shiny Rattata follow me and it still was shiny! It was a ligit shiny! But sadly I lost the shiny Rattata because I forgot to save the game! Ugh... My first shiny was a shiny Pidgeotto and I was actually hunting for a Taurus instead so I was really excited making my league team the starters ,My starter,Taurus/Articuno(I can’t remember) and a shiny Pidgeot

Funny enough, I caught my first shiny of Let's Go almost immediately on entering Viridian Forest for the first time. Not even 10 minutes into the game and I got myself...a shiny weedle.
Now that it's a Beedrill, I'm actually decently content. :P
I caught my first shiny right after getting Pokeballs, still on route 1. I was chaining for Pidgey, had a combo of 8, and a shiny Rattata spawns...
I even made a joke to my brother, I want Pidgey and I bet you the first one will be a fucking Rattata. And it was.

Usually I don't like the shiny versions but there are some that I love like, Ponyta, Absol, Mew, Sandshrew holds a special place in my heart cuz it was the first shiny I ever caught without using cheats and just encountering it normally. Unfortuantly my game crashed half way through my journey and I had to get a game because they couldn't fix it.
Fun fact:The only reason shiny ditto and mew are the same colour is because ditto is failed mew
Lemme tell you a little story about a shiny ninetailes.
I was on i think route 8 or 7, and I was hunting a growlithe for the pokedex entry. I found a Kadabra. Caught it. Another one spawned. Cought that one too. So far, no growlithe. Then a ninetailes appeared. Caught it. Not a full pokedex, no catch combo, once I was done with that ninetailes and I reappeared again... a shiny one appeared. NO SHINY CHARM AND NO CATCH COMBO. IT JUST APPEARED. And you won't believe how happy I was when I caught it with a golden razz berry on my first try. I faverouted it and named it Shinella. I love her she is beautiful and I feel so happy I literally screamed when it spawned all the way until 2 minutes later when I caught it. First shiny ever. Happiest I've ever been.
Edit: it was on Lets Go Eevee.
Edit 2: the next day I found a Zapdos in the wild and it took me forever to catch it but eventually I did. Then a couple hours later a shiny Raticate appeared when I was doing a vulpix catch combo. I ran into a vulpix the exact second It spawned. It took a couple seconds for the game to load in the vulpix in the catching simulation so while it was loading I said omg is that a shiny Raticate? And once I was done catching the vulpix I went and ran into the Raticate and said oh cool it is a shiny like shinies were worth NOTHING so then I caught it. It broke free. Caught it. Broke free. Caught it. Caught it for real this time. It was a girl and that's kind of a shame but anyway I named it rosy and that's how I got my 2 shinies :)
Edit 3: when I said I was hunting for growlithe I realized I was on let's go eevee not pikachu :p
