What a great job. With a lot that small, the neighbors on either side should offer to buy it. It doesn’t look large enough to put a house on. Maybe the HOA (or whomever) could purchase the lot and use it for common space, maybe access to the pond! Then the whole area could use the lot! I bet Karen would love seeing more of her neighbors!! 😂

Some people just need to get over themselves! They need to be taught the term, pay it forward! They look like they are more than capable of doing that! Get your lawnmower out and mow the lot for them, it's that easy! East peasy lemon squeezy! But.. it is much easier for some people to complain. I guess complaining to them is more gratifying than doing a good deed. Humm....
The Karens would like to pretend its theirs obviously. The rough grass spoils their lake side view, and the fantasy.

We used to live on a military base and yes, we have to keep your yards nice. Our neighbor deployed so quickly they were t able to get someone to look after their yard. My husband would mow their lawn and take the leaves. It’s just the neighborly thing to do. It doesn’t even have to be perfect. Just knowing someone cares enough to help us what matters. Great work.

Yes, it's amazing "Karen's" lawn is still alive. She must think she's living on a golf course. Her problem with that is that those Grounds Keepers water those courses twice a day. You can bet that "Karen" doesn't do that. The summer sun is going to kill her lawn for her.

Thumbs work for a pointer, they say when you point a finger at some one you need to take a look at your hand as you usually have 3 pointing back at you. try it some time! 🙄😏😉😆. That lawn bothers them that bad, they should get off their back sides and mow it for guy who owns it, then send a bill for a couple 6 packs of a beverage of choice. Complaining is knowing something can be done about a problem, but you’re not willing to do it. Thanks for the ride along sir.

I hope you started very early and came back to finish late on this job. These neighbors need hobbies and to get out ohf their comfortable shells. They dont understand what real overgrowth looks like. In my state that grass would not register as long.

another reason I am glad to live in the woods- - nosy neighbors! my late Aunt and Uncle lived about 20 acres away from us across a field-she told me one time I needed to cut down some trees so she could see our place from hers- I planted a couple of thousand pine trees to make sure she couldn't see my place from her window and let nature plant some oaks - people need to find some real problems & live and let live! awesome job by the way😊

Not that I approve of "threats" as this woman allegedly made, but living in a community with an HOA you do have to keep your property maintained. Both yards on either side of that lot are in very nice condition. I'm sure they have to treat their property to keep the weeds down...which may come from that empty lot. That isn't fair for either neighbor. Nor is it their responsibility to keep a lot, they don't own, maintained. They may have lawn maintenance companies that they pay. I wouldn't pay to have an empty lot cleaned up. Why should I. This owner lives 1600+/- miles away. Pay the HOA to mow it until your ready to develop it. Pretty simple to me. I wouldn't expect anyone to maintain my property, for liability reasons I wouldn't want them to. I paid to keep both my properties mowed/hedged when I was in the process of moving. It's yours...not your neighbors...make arrangements.

Then I thought about that "ditch" that you and Blake did, that really had LOTS of snakes. I had messaged you or Blake about it, and one of you said that you were going to fix it up for the older gentleman so it would stop flooding. Did you ever do an update? whoever owns this property needs to either sell it or pay someone to mow it at least twice a month. I have a neighbor across yhe street who is capable of mowing but doesn't. her yard is horrible while all our yards are mowed and edged. it's frustrating. I'm not fond of Karens but property owners need to take care of their property. they have now had 2 FREE mowing. they need to step up to the plate.

Among the problems of the world, whether a lot is precisely mowed is a little low on the scale of importances perhaps. However, you have to remember intent. The owner has had it well cleared once at least, it is now boosted a second time. Some of the backlogged work, as removing tree parts, still remains but hopefully they will be able to get to it. Thanks for the work done. Best wishes to the owner trying to juggle problems. If you look around a neighborhood, almost all the homes will have some sort of severe problem they are dealing with. Compassion and kindness are needed.

My vote is with 'Karen'. If I lived in such a beautiful home with a lake out back, I'd want my neighbor to keep their property maintained. California probably hasn't the faintest idea the last time it was mowed. If 'Karen' mows her own yard, it alone is huge and enough to keep anyone busy. If she hires someone, so can California. You can't maintain it, you need to sell it. I wouldn't want to live next to that and constantly have to contact them to get it cut. How would you like it if the shoe were on the other foot?
I agree with you. If they can afford 2 homes, then maintain them, also that would support hiring a local lawn service.
I'm with you. If they bought the lot for a potential second house then they should have no problem maintaining it. Not the community's responsibility to continually upkeep it week after week, month after month.

As someone who lives by neighbors who don't keep their yards mowed and trash free. I truly don't blame her!.. If you're going to own property, then keep up with the maintenance or sale it.... Why is the neighbor the bad person in this? Being irresponsible in your yard care is the problem here. If you are out of state, get someone to do the job. I live in an apartment because I'm unable to care for a yard or pay someone to do it. Be responsible don't blame the neighbor. And just because there are worse looking lawns doesn't make that grass any shorter. Almost unsubscribed over that comment. Christian charity should be applied equally.

I don’t think it was very nice to call her a Karen. Perhaps it could have been handled better without threats, but she and the other neighbors do have a legitimate concern. Here are these high-end properties kept pristine, and there is a strip with chopped up wood chunks, tall weeds, and a brushy shoreline, and the owners are out of state. I’d be concerned too, but I would have handled it differently I think. Perhaps the lady did but got no satisfaction and had to resort to holding the homeowner association over their heads. All I’m saying is, we don’t know the whole story.

Don't say your channel is based on kindness when you start your video off by insulting the neighbor. i lost so much respect for you guys. You are always supposed to respond with kindness.
