I am a 73 yr old woman. Before going to bed, I crave and eat butter, right off a spoon. So good. Dementia runs in my family. I am hoping that far infrared lamp, high animal fat diet, no sugar, three walks outside a day, being the right weight, and optimistic will all help. My family and friends are a treasure. When I was 10, the doctor told my dad, who was a farmer, not to eat eggs, animal fat, Milk or cream. At 10 yrs old, I thought that was preposterous for a farmer. The doctor told him to eat Becel margarine. I read the ingredient list on the cover of the margarine. By the time my dad was in his 60s he was already losing his mind. I eat eggs every day, bacon,Cream in my coffee. Not too many veg, high fat low carb, One ingredient foods, unless it’s a soup I made.

He had breakfast often out. We never had real butter in the house and even tried those premix scrambled eggs and i think in the end he even ordered egg , whites which again came premixed. And i talked to cooks who said all restruarnt chains were using the cheap margarine over butter for cooking.

My markers of inflammation have been in the normal range for decades before getting Alzheimer's. I cared for some of those patients, and wanted to avoid it if at all possible, along with everything else I saw in my 14 years of ICU/CCU nursing. I have eaten anti-inflammatory organic foods since 1996, and have done countless detox therapies to eliminate military and other toxins. I have eliminated toxic products in my home and personal care products. I have always just said no to big pharma drugs, and have had no alcohol since 2006. Unfortunately, I have a history of head traumas too, so that plays a role in my brain damages as well as toxic exposures.
The shocking root cause for my early-onset Alzheimer's, was being used in 2004 as a human guinea pig for a pesticide "study" by the CDC, Colorado Dept of Public Health and Environment, and the Mesa County Health Departments. They used a canceled-for-use oganophosphate called Dibrom-14 that was under EPA re-registration review. It was used for alleged West Nile virus infection prevention. It killed the mosquitoes by destroying acetylcholinesterase, making them seize to death. From google: "The primary role of AChE is to terminate neuronal transmission and signaling between synapses to prevent ACh dispersal and activation of nearby receptors. AChE is inhibited by organophosphates and is an important component of pesticides and nerve agents. May 8, 2022".
Unfortunately, I was also dealing with the brain-damaging effects of mercury amalgam fillings and was doing detox from them at the time of the "experiment". Mercury is also shown to cause Alzheimer's. The effects of toxic exposures are cumulative, additive, and synergistic, and the combo of the two did me in. The pesticide messed with my liver's ability to manufacture detox enzymes, as well. I had 23 years of abnormal liver function tests from experimental chemotherapy exposure damage from military service. This allowed for the bioaccumulation of the Dibrom-14 and subsequent brain damage from a known neurotoxin.
The neurotoxic effects of organophosphates include: "motor impairments, psychotic episodes, depressed mood, as well as deficits in signal detection and information processing, sustained attention, memory, sequencing and problem solving, abstraction, and cognitive flexibility, motor dysfunction (extrapyramidal symptoms) deficits in eye-hand coordination and reaction time, anxiety, depression, psychotic symptoms, deficits in attention, information processing, and learning and memory."
Six years after the pesticide spraying I had given up attempting to communicate, since I couldn't hold a train of thought or even remember words. I also failed to recognize family members. Auriculoelectrotherapy discovered my brain cells were not firing and were not communicating with each other or the rest of my body. After a few sessions, my brain cells started firing again, and I started talking and communicating again. It's been a long slow process of attempting to reverse the govt-caused damages, as they have done their best to try to kill me off. They refuse to provide treatments for the damages they caused. They love nothing better than to see us veterans suffer!
The govt also caused a jump in the breast cancer death rate, after people being sprayed with a chemical shown to cause breast cancer in lab animals. But let's keep using those GREAT organophosphate products, right?! We need MORE brain damaged people (and cancers for profits, as a side benefit!) It's SO profitable warehousing people and drugging them when they get Alzheimer's! Look at the cost of the new Alzheimer's drugs! "Yay for cash cows", say the rulers! They do NOT want disease prevention and people to live. That would ruin their depopulation plans and fortunes! Come on, man!

@@jaynarobinson4225 Thanks for being glad for me, but unfortunately, I still have LOTS of damages. I only got the brain cells firing again and became able to communicate again, but still have severe brain and cognitive damages. Carrying on a conversation is still very difficult, with a lot of misunderstandings. I have severe short-term memory impairment. It's really random access memory! Things I knew really well, however, I have no problem remembering. Like all of the pesticide/toxic stuff I had to know when going into battle against the evil "researchers". Most memories of my life are gone. But we aren't supposed to live in the past anyway, right?!
I also have really bad peripheral neuropathy and widespread musculoskeletal dysfunction, that is seen in the late stages of the poisonings with organophosphates. I could only afford three months of treatments this summer to help with that. At least my hands and feet are less painful and function a little better, but they have a LONG way to go for complete reversal of the neuropathy. That's the most frustrating and angering aspect of this govt torture: knowing what I need and being denied it, while I suffer and die.
I also have had the symptoms of lymphoma since around 2007, and been denied a cancer work-up since 2009. "Luckily", people with lymphomas can live as long as our infected B lymphocytes, which have a life-span of up to 20 years. I got chronic Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) after every military and other vaccine known, that were given to me in 1980 when I became a Naval Nurse Corps Officer. That gave me CFS, FM, and IBD since then, leading to Ankylosing Spondylitis.
EBV lives in the spinal ganglia and causes disease throughout the body. I have cervical spondylosis, bone spurs, DJD, and spinal arthritis. That virus causes lymphomas, as well. The pesticide the govt sprayed in 2004, destroys an enzyme that hunts out and kills virus and cancer cells. That's why they refuse the work-up: it will be proof of what they did to me with the pesticide "study". Only then do I have a toxic tort lawsuit. The crony MD's at the Grand Junction, CO VA refused to do both the neuro and cancer work-up when I first asked in 2009. Not in their best interest to reveal their evil community of MD's and their evil deeds!
The brain and bodily damages are FAR from being reversed. The therapist had said she could probably fix my brain completely with the auriculoelectrotherapy, but the FDA doesn't allow an additional needed device to be used here. It apparently is being used in Germany with success, according to her.
Our FDA wants us sick, suffering, and dying, only to make us a big pharma drug addict. They work for the drug companies, not the tax payers. Of course, I did not take their recent poison cocktail. I have enough sickness and "death attacks" already!
Besides the Alzheimer's and lymphoma symptoms, the govt also triggered a rare, genetic life-threatening disease in me: Acute Intermittent Porphyria. I get vaso-vagal heart attacks from toxic exposures, like perfume. So I became a house-bound person to avoid sudden death. My chiropractor knew how to help there, and did a lot of rehab on my vagus nerve to heal and repair it. Those vaso-vagal heart attacks started in 2013. I also have episodes of complete heart block with up to six seconds of no heart beat. Then I pass out and come to when my head hits to floor. So those TBI's have added to the brain damages. That started in 2010. It's not a pacemaker deficiency, but due to all of that spinal disease. After doing work using my arms with my head bent, as with paper work, I get severe muscle spasms that then pull the spinal bones out of place, pinch off the spinal nerves, and cut function to organs like the heart. I have a lot of spinal disease from past traumas besides the chronic EBV causing damages. I have managed that with chiropractic care, lots of trigger point and myofascial body work, and countless other alternative therapies since 1996.
I had found cracking my neck and back kept me going, seven years before getting a diagnosis of what was wrong. The VA claimed my problems were all "mental illness", as evidenced by not being able to lift hay bales anymore to feed my cows. They refused to do a proper medical work-up. I had to wait until I lost everything, and could qualify for medicare. Then I got a proper work-up after driving to another town, where the MD's are not conspiring to kill me with the care of "Lie, deny, and make/let me die"!
Most veterans that are "cared for" that way just kill themselves. They made me angry, and declared war on me. I have all the knowledge and "weapons" to fight them and their medical malpractice and malfeasance, so I go to battle instead of killing myself! My former recon Marine husband just blew his brains out at the age of 39 when he got early-onset Alzheimer's. We didn't even know that was a thing, and therefore, didn't know what we were dealing with. He had a LOT of TBI's, Agent Orange exposure behind enemy lines while in Cambodia during the Vietnam War, and had exposure to the toxic water of Camp Lejeune. So I stay alive and fight for other "peon" veterans like him. "Another zero to the left", is how he saw himself. They are nothing but cannon fodder, to be used and discarded.
I found help with cannabis concentrated THC oil, aka Phoenix Tears, so that 's the best I can do for now. Cannabinoids are neuroprotective, according to the US govt patent on the plant. Ten hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments made a big difference this summer, too, but going into public and getting more toxic exposures made me sicker. I am hoping for lawsuits against the ones that tried killing me, then I can buy my own oxygen chamber and get other treatments that help me and are not paid for by insurance or the VA, like acupuncture and chiropractic. Most likely I will die first, if the govt has its way! They have even blocked me from making phone calls, so I can't find an attorney! I can't even call my children!
When you are an enemy of the state, and trying to get better care for veterans, you MUST be killed! Like Jesus, I was even wrongfully accused with false criminal charges; not once, but TWICE, and falsely imprisoned! If He was alive today, they would gladly kill Him all over again for trying to help and heal people!

@@jaynarobinson4225 Thanks for the empathy. However, I have found everything happens for a reason, even though most of the time I have no idea why until much later! It's so true, hindsight is 20/20.
So I have come to see my health issues as challenges to overcome. I always loved the Nancy Drew detective series growing up, so it's been one big mystery to solve! I also loved putting puzzles together with my father in the long, frigid winters in the hinterlands of Northern NY. This has been one big puzzle to put together! Still trying to figure out where and how all the pieces go! It's hard, when you don't have the box top to see the right picture to go by. Can you tell, "mental gymnastics" keeps me going?!
I never knew how many health problems are caused by toxic chemical exposures, until personal experience showed me, in the school of hard knocks! That stuff is not taught in RN school or anywhere in western med, as the underlying cause of so many diseases. Then I found answers, in trying to heal and recover.
So just as with all the ones sick from the latest jab, we need to find answers. They will also need the alternative therapies I have used all of these years. I did over $50K's worth of alternative therapies to regain mobility after a car accident in 1995. That's what made me turn to chiropractic care. All western med had to offer me was to stay bedridden, see a shrink, and take Prozac. As a widow with four young children to raise, that was not the "right care plan" for me.
I turned to chiropractic care. I was told I would never get better until I got rid of the military toxins in storage, causing abnormal liver function tests. Mine were three times the upper limits of normal, but the pyscho MD's wanted mt to take Prozac and cause further damage! I had been told in 1987 I would need a liver transplant someday because the function was so bad. It took about eight years, but the tests finally became normal just in time for the govt pesticide experiment. That's what gives me hope for reversal of all the other damages the govt caused.
I see myself not as the evil ones' victim, but The Creator's "Universal Punching Bag For Change"! YEE-HA! Gotta have fun with it all, since just staying alive makes them so mad! Let's see what nefarious plan they come up with next!

How much seed oils? One of the most poisoning things you can eat and used in a lot of home cooking.
A massive study was done on corn oil in the 90s. Paid for by the corn oil industry. They used veterans in nursing homes for the test. Half got animal fats. Half corn oil. The study was to last 10 years, but was stopped at 6 years. One group had 3 times the cancer rates. That study was buried because it was corn oil causing the damage.
Also you need Cholesterol for the brain to function. Breast milk is full of it for a reason. It is needed for ever cell in the body.

Being a functional medicine practitioner/consultant I was really happy to hear Max mention the blood marker called homocysteine (HCY). Homocystine is a double edge sword. We need it but we also have to methylate it through the methylation cycle (B vitamin cycle) in every cell of our body and we do this specifically with vitamins B9 (folate) and B12. This occurs in the cells more than 1 billion times per second. Elevated levels of homocystine is by far the most significant risk factor of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and neurological diseases including dementia. Homocysteine can easily be measured in the blood. However, it should be measured very quickly after the blood is drawn due to leakage from the red blood cells after it is drawn. Max, if you want to learn more about the methylation cycle, I built a highly interactive methylation map in a PDF. It’s better than a text book on the methylation cycle and very cool to see. 😀
Max also mentioned something that was key in this video and that is disease PREVENTION. 1 ounce of prevention is worth 1 pound of cure as the old saying goes. Waiting for something to happen and then treating it significantly reduces the chances of reversing it and we see this and Alzheimer’s dementia patients. Neurological diseases it’s very complicated and its difficult to stop the glial (immune system in the brain) cells to turn off when there’s inflammation due t o many of the factors mentioned in the video. Conventional medicine which includes all family physicians and specialists such as neurologists do not have the tools to treat sustained inflammation anywhere in the body. I call them symptomologists as they only treat the symptoms with drugs which are toxic to the body. Prevention is key and modifying lifestyle factors will increase your chances of staying healthy. I have studied Alzheimer’s disease extensively and although it is complicated is also very understanding. The hippocampus which is located deep in the brain hidden within the medial part of the temporal lobe is responsible for learning and memories. The hippocampus however has a high affinity for cortisol which is significantly elevated in inflammation. Once the hippocampus is damaged and begins to atrophy then we see cognitive decline in that individual. When they do get diagnosed with a certain type of dementia then they are treated with drugs which overall has been shown to not be effective. Using anti-cholinesterases and statins within six months to a year will make the individual much worse for reasons so I won’t get into. Lifestyle changes, especially diet, and the Microbiome within the gut play the most significant role in keeping a person healthy or afflicting them with any disease.
Great topic and well done! 👍🏻

Drs today are taught less than 1/2 semester about nutrition, some even less. I doubt he's even aware of all the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis. I like the guy but after trying to be railroaded by previous Drs for IDC HR+ standard treatment of cut, poison and burn I'll mostly rely on my growing knowledge of finding the root causes and appropriate treatments. As a 79 year old woman who cared for both my mom and my dear husband who had different kinds of dementia I can’t agree with all your conclusions. My mom was a very health conscious person who never smoked or drank and ate a very healthy diet as do I. 10' : levels of CRP reflect acute inflammation processes. For a more general view of our inflammatory state, prefer the sedimentation rate of blood proteins (what we call in France "vitesse de sédimentation" ie VS). It is not rare to see normal CRP levels and high VS in patients with an inflammatory process (say dental abscess) because the high CRP level was a few days before. But the CRP peak generally do not last (on the contrary of the VS). Withstanding this detail, I agree with the rationale that chronic pro-inflammatory is a silent killer.

I’m extremely sensitive to foods that cause inflammation to the point that when i’m in a Lyme disease flare up I need to even avoid gluten free foods with rice flour. I used to occasionally buy large chocolate bars about the size of a large cell phone. I had two episodes after eating a bar in which my vision became very blurry and I became short of breath, which went away after about 40 minutes. I’ve also experienced aches in my chest begging 20-30 minutes after eating a cheeseburger. I eliminated dairy 3-4 years ago,, started eating only lean beef and I’d squeeze the juices out of it when I cooked it. But I eat less beef and a lot lot less chocolate. I have been really watching how much saturated fat I have. I don’t have a good income as it’s been a battle with chronic Lyme disease the last 8 years. I don’t have health insurance. The other way of looking at what is going on is that diets which are more natural, less processed, are full of fiber. Anything leaving the fiber out and Extra Virgin Olive Oil has no fiber, the alternative is to eat olives and there is nothing wrong with pickled foods, and as anything, moderation.
A healthy fat which has fiber and can substitute for butter is avocado. Avocado HAS FIBER, olive oil does not. Americans have chronic constipation so “get fiber” needs to be top of the list. Fiber makes for a healthy GI tract so that daily BMs are happening. So that means eating greens both raw in salads but also steamed such as Kale, Spinach and Brussels Sprouts. Saurkraut is good especially as it is loaded with probiotics. Need to make it a part of the diet once a week or topping a hot dog, preferably a vegan dog. Meat is not good for the gut as it slows down the transit time and let’s face it, the gut barrier is like one cell against the decomposition of a dead body. Why expose your gut to that?
I’ve been Whole Foods Plant-Based for 10 years and I don’t have to take medications so your taste buds adjust and it is good for the environment as to eat the plants yourselves allows you to make the proteins you need without the way animal products promote cancers.
The benefit also is then there is no reason to cut down the Amazon Rain Forest as then we are NOT importing beef for hamburger fast-food restaurants. When we eat out to eat a hamburger-like sandwich, we will eat at Habit Grill as they make a delicious plant-based vegetarian burger and adding avocado, it’s delicious.
Honestly the best way to health is to get off of the Standard American Diet of animal cruelty and learn how to make your food delicious without the cruelty. The benefits are normalizing your weight, not needing to take any medications. Yes, there is a learning curve, but guess what, a brain that can learn is a good thing. I am nearly 70 years old. My dad and grandma died of Alzheimer’s and if I had it as they did, I’d not be able to be typing what I am writing to you. I reversed Type II Diabetes as I was pre-diabetic and lost 50+ lbs. Cholesterol is now in the normal range. Arthritis is GONE! I do not have to take any medications!
We do not eat processed food except for buying whole wheat bread. We eat oatmeal for breakfast. We did this starting in our early 60s and my husband’s cancer, which required surgery, has not metastisized. He is well instead.
We spend actually little time eating, so make your choices healthy ones. If you do screw up occasionally then get back doing the right things and keep going. This diet works as you are NOT hungry. It stops brittle bone as greens are full of calcium. Kale is especially good and grows in the backyard from seed, just walk outside and cut some. I steam mine, can also be eaten raw. 😊

For me, a lot of vegetables hurt my stomach & don't make feel good. Read about Dr Gundrys lectins in veggies & how it deters bugs from eating them, therefore vegetarian is not good for all people. I feel best on a carnivore and fruitarian diet, with lots of Butter and coconut oil and avocados.

Most health oriented doctors talk about using extra virgin olive oil. Because there is so much fakery involved in olive oil I choose to do a walk around: I seek out the equivalent oil where quality can be readily evaluated, and use that, always. When you purchase oils at the grocery you want to see that oil congeal because of the typical super market temps (65 F) and often with olive oil you do NOT see that bc the container is either cans or dark plastic. Coconut oil, generally sold in 26 ounce clear glass bottle will congeal at those temperatures: No chance of fakery.

30 years ago one of my clients had dementia she was a beautiful 50 year old.

Go back to the early 1900’s in the U.S. Cancer, CVD, diabetes were all rare. Macular degeneration was almost unheard of. what did people eat. Unless they were very poor, they ate high quality animal protein and saturated fat. Only with the introduction of seed (vegetable) oils and lots more sugar did these metabolic problems become prevalent. The problem was greatly exacerbated with the low fat high carb diets recommended in the government’s food pyramid and by the food industry shills, the Amer. Heart As., and the Diabetes As. Now the media has gone full scale by promoting the vegan diet for the poor and malnourished. No wonder the WEF is now using the Hollywood shills to push eating bugs. All part of the “you will own nothing” campaign for the herd.

Yes, I can probably determine what he was going to say but we can judge people's credibility by the information they relay. I'm not contesting Max's cred here but perhaps someone else's who may say something contradictory. Anyway, just something constructive I hope it is received as intended. Keep up the good work.

The removal of amyloid plaque without addressing the type of AD present, may be detrimental to the brain, causing even more and faster degeneration. Amyloid plaque production is a protective mechanism used by the body in response to the brain being under attack by pathogens, toxic elements and other stress factors. These pathogens and or toxicities need to be dealt with first before advancing to the phase of ridding the amyloid plaque from the brain. Furthermore, with the elimination of pathogens and toxic elements, as well as addressing trophic factor replenishment, can lead to a reduction in production of amyloid plaque.

When they both passed away Dad was 82 and Mom was 78. Neither had any memory problems. I ate out of the same cookware and am 66. I think the problem stems possibly from our medications or other factors such as early smoking damage.

There are several problems with this talk that are indicative of the problems with diet and health care in general.
First a calorie is not a calorie it depends on the source of the calorie and how the body deals with it.
For example a cup of sugar may have less calorific value than a cup of lard as measured using the standard test but when ingested as little as ten percent of the lards calorie value may be metabolised but upto 100% of the sugar will be.
Many if not all dietary studies are done by people with agendas so often the studies will be designed from even before the object of the study is set in order to further the agenda. Cream is not saturated fat, it is an emulsion of proteins water and fats and additives. Choosing cream for the study instead of coconut oil or bacon grease or something that is 100% saturated fat and piping it into the stomach in some way that doesn’t interfere with the test indicates that the outcome of the study was determined before the start.
There is another thing that people don’t factor in , statistical ignorance.
Statistical ignorance is when you accept a statistic as meaning something when you have no knowledge as to the origin or validity of the statistics. Many health statistics are entirely fictional and have no real genuine origin . For example. Fibre
The doctor who was on a religious mission who found that fibre was beneficial in colon cancer came to this conclusion looking at the diet of a group of African villagers and noting that colon cancer deaths were rare in this group. The average life expectancy of the group was forty two and colon cancer usually doesn’t appear until later in life so this is a fictional statistic of low colon cancer incidence due to a high fibre diet.
Incidentally a neighbouring village that lived on a high almost all carnivore low fibre diet had an average life expectancy of 55 and less colon cancer and this doctor was aware of it.
