    LYRICS:
I gotta see you moving fast
    See you come my way
See the dreams, I hope they last
    Never fade away.
    Gotta see the lights above
    Make it loud tonight
    Gotta set it all a-fire
    Set it all a-light
    See the flashing lights
    Hear the thunder roar
I am gonna set you all a-light
    Gotta make it man
    I ain't got a choice
    Gotta fill this hall tonight
    Helpless
    Helpless
    Helpless
    Helpless
    I don't what I'm gonna do
    Maybe not tonight
    Gotta set you all a-fire
    Gotta treat you right.
I can see the flashing lights
    Lit before your love, ohh
    Gotta hear the thunder roar
    Coming from above.
    See the flashing lights
    Hear the thunder roar
I'm gonna set you all alight
    Gotta make it man
    I ain't got no choice
    Gotta fill this hall tonight
    Helpless
    Helpless
    Helpless
    Helpless
    I can see the stars
I can see what's going on
    Every night alone
I sing my song just for fun.
    Only time will tell
If I'll make it myself someday
    This stage is mine
    Music is my destiny.
Cannot squeeze the life from me!
    I can see the lights
but I can see what's going on
    Every night alone
I sing my song just for fun.
    Business in collapse
Some men don't like it so
    Helpless maybe babe,
but you can leave or join the show.
Cannot squeeze the life from me!

He was trying to sound like Sean Harris.
He didn't do a bad job of it.

Before you say "never, period" perhaps you should listen to Metallicas 1982 cover of Killing Time period.

Its a demo from 1982, of the greatest Thrash band playing a Diamond Head classic with crazy youthful vigor! I mean they recorded it on a 4 track in McGovney's garage, it is not supposed to be Grammy award winning production here. Come on man you need to get a life! It is amazing to hear their roots and I personally think its awesome!

Who cares about James, that explosion you hear on lead guitar is obviously Dave Mustaine. He owned Metallica back in those days.

    • @m.c.ruckus2032
      @m.c.ruckus2032 4 года назад +1

flyers22 he owned them? If Dave owned Metallica, how did he end up booted out by his "own" band, hungover, & on a one way bus out of town back home, just before his "property" signed with a label for it's debut album without him (the so-called "owner")? Dave Mustaine is the sloppiest , random note striking guitarist & an annoying, crying baby. It has been damn near 40 years, he even found his "own" success and still whines like a bitch about it. I got very little respect for him, if any at all....👋💩⬅ "hi, I'm Dave, can I come back to your band, everyone knows I'm a piece of (💩)#2. Please give me what you guys earned without me👶".
      😂😂😂😂😂

Love both versions being a fan of NWOBHM, I like Metallica thought DH's early albums were awesome. I still spin DH's albums forty years later from when I first heard about them from Kerrang during the early 80s circa 81 to 82
