I nearly ordered one of these last year but was not happy with the wait so I bought a Sinnis Terrain. Still happy I bought the Terrain! Good to see you back again!
I have one for commuting 2 months in not problems and very fun to ride gets to 60 very quickly after first 100 miles max speed for me is 68mph however I'm 16st 6f 2 so should do 70 easily for the average chap or lady. Would recommend if looking for an adventure bike 👍
the 1st and best review I think. Just bought one as a winter commuter and shopping bike as I sold the car this needs to do the same job as the car. My other bike is the Classic 350 in red and chrome, I will NOT be riding that in salty wet roads thankyou.
Some, (mostly young riders) may be a little put off by the low power output. But I think a 50 mph natural cruising speed is perfectly acceptable for a 125 air cooled single, strangled by euro 5. With an 8000 red line, & probably 7500 peak power revs, it's obviously designed to be a soft tune engine, which, being air cooled, will be a good thing for durability. Especially with the awful E5 & E10 fuels.
Great review chaps as usual , taking my CBT test in August after a 36 year lay off 54 now would love to see a head to head with a Sinnis Terrain . So when the foots better what do you think. Great work 👍
Really Interesting video. I've been very tempted to buy one as a commuter HOWEVER the servicing intervals/costs are crazy. I would be doing 6800 miles every year so I would need 6 services in the first year alone! That's about £550!!! MGB and other "cheaper" bike brands seem to be employing the same marketing strategy as Computer Printer Manufacturers and Mens Razors. (The initial purchase of the item is cheap but the subsequent cartridges/blades/services are where the real money is made! Yes, you could do the servicing yourself but to maintain the warranty during the first 2 years you gotta get it done at a dealer. There is no such thing as a free meal, as they say!
Hmmm, pros and cons of both. MGB has panniers that are usable, both do around 60 mph but Sinnis being LC and 6 speed deals with it better. ATX has more presence and better wheels, better racks also. Sinnis has engine bars and better plastics but only just.
Nice video. This looks a good option. Could do with a direct comparison with the Terrain. Also, surprised MGB aren't putting that on the tank and using the name more. I realise its another Chinese Manufacturer, but the MGB name should be a strong selling point.
This is a genuinely nice bike the looks and size are just up my street for some long rides out. I wish I could afford one. Fantastic review by the way.
I looked in to where they are built and found there is or was 250 version. These little scoots are a god send seeing the fuel for our vehicles is on an assassination mission for our wallets.
Love the looks & the colours .The panniers look brilliant love the design and would probably buy a set if sold separately very good price And better looking than the other bikes you showed The only reason I wouldn’t buy one is the performance but this bike seems no better or Worse than any other 125 .If they made a 2 or 350 I would definitely consider one
Very comprehensive review.as always. You mention utility and I think along the lines of MZ Simpson German or i Czech machines. A dealer in Islington sold me one, a good bike back in the 90s. Vibations on singles always the case but the final drive biggest bug bear on trial/venture bikes, All that suspension travel and horrible roads here on the Island. The Chinese show a lot of imagination with the looks however. Basically a nukeproof engine inside that cage. Tempted to buy it for that feature alone. With only a sidestand, I would have to chain it to a post overnight. Problem solved. Many thanks Get some prayer on that foot.
Oil and air cooled will never been as good long distance as a liquid cooled in terms of 125's especially, depending on the speed you are doing long distance.
IS THEIR ANY PARTS FOR THE MGB ATX 125 I HAD MY BIKE STOLEN AND TRASHED I GOT IT BACK BUT THE BARS ARE SWISTED EGNISHION CUT STEERING LOCK CUT. 😢 I AM LOOKING EVERY WERE FOR PARTS BUT I JUST DONT SEE ANY. COULD ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF THEIR ANY PARTS AVAILABLE WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED.

Good choice

Two years later and this bike is selling for £2,200 now, pretty good deal for a brand new bike
Great and informative video. By the way all the best in your recovery. I'm currently wheelchair bound with a smashed left ankle so know the feeling.
Thank you, hope you have a speedy recovery too.

I think that you should address the service intervals and costs for the owner, as these are important on a budget 👍🏻

Finally I’ve been looking for reviews on this bike for weeks
Great video chaps!. What do think is the better bike MGB or Sinnis terrain for overall value for money and performance.

The orange one looks great !

Spot on review pal, wellish behaved also 😝
Good looking bike. Great price. Would like it to have water cooled engine. But for the price you can't grumble.
Really enjoyed that review.
we don't have this model in Portugal, it looks nice 👍
Love the terminology , "flicky, splatty!" 😆😆
Great review. Hope you can bring us the new Sinnis 125 adventure.
Hi, did that ages ago.
@@motorsforthemasses I had an email from Sinnis about the SM-XE 125, you done that? I thought it was new.
Better looking that the Terrain.
Nice looking machine
Needs thicker tyres though lol 😆
Could very well be the bike for me (but I'm in Coventry)
How do these fair for long haul rides iv had nothing but over heating with oil cooled engines

@@motorsforthemasses Liverpool to Devon 7hrs
Very comparable across the specs with the Sinnis Terrain 125. 👍
Would there be anyway of putting them boxes on the sinnis 125 I have the sinnis and the right hand side just let’s it down so much
Theoretically maybe but not an exact fit. Trial and error situ. I don't have a Terrain 125 here to test.
Which time to come in India
Would love an ATX, but im in south east and no dealers thete😞
Evolution Kustoms in Canterbury are now stocking them.

Don't know if you've managed/given up - there's one breaking in Keighley area on FB marketplace atm
Hi, I've been waiting for the Rieju MRT 125 LC. Will it be soon?
Yes, sorry, trying to catch up lol
I'm 6'5 would this be too small?
Can you do a review on the new benneli trk 502x please. Any I've watched r from India. Many thanks
Will see what I can do
Did you sell any of these & if so, did they behave, as in any teathing problems?
Yes we did and they seem ok so far, despite 1 person never having it serviced and ran out of oil
I like it 👌
Yes you try and get insurance
Panniers capacity ?
Does it have fuel gauge
Has this got a centre stand?
No, hasn't. It's mentioned in the video.
Cheap bike & cheap quality ❌ black screen would have have been better tinted
Looks a nice bike but maybe a 200/250cc would make it a better option….
Not for learners
How can they call a motorbike an MGB? Mind you, I liked my Spitfire 1500 better back in the 70s.
Air cooled engine🤔🤮
