So basically VTI/VOO will pay higher dividends since companies like META and Google start paying dividends now. Good news!
Great news indeed
Really? I didn’t think this would trickle into VOO’s dividend yield. Any particular reason for believing this? I want to believe.
@@vgman94 the more companies that are part of VOO/VTI basket paying dividends, the higher the dividends per share will be, simple.
I think it will go one of two ways. Be like apple where you buy more for the growth not so much the dividend. Or they will gradually increase the dividend if this proves to work for them
I bought a share on Monday! Haha great short term ROI. Also been buying QQQM and MAGS all week.
Great news, knowing google it will increase it's dividends for many years ahead. Solid company
Thank you for the informative video! Great analysis and I am also excited about this Google dividend and I had a feeling it was coming. 🎉
Not bad, I'm excited to see if the dividend grows in the future. 🤗
Me too!
Excited about the dividends i buy every week
as a newer investor this excites me greatly. Your channel has helped me quite a bit in my plans for the future. the daily investments challenge you do have inspired me to take that leap i do a little more than 5 a day, and i do it across a few different stocks, VOO Crypto and Apple. How you break it down on a simplified level has been very refreshing and informative. I appreciate you and your channel. I am however, trying to decide if i should move my apple shares into XOM or SCHD or keep Apple. A question for another video I suppose! Thank you for the content!
Dividend paying stocks are a great idea but you need a lot of shares, like over 300 🥴
Everyone starts at one it’s up to u how fast u grow your shares
A dividend no mater how small makes me more comfortable because otherwise the only way I can gain on my share is if someone else is willing to pay more then I did, and that docent sit right with me.
I'm new to investing so it might be unlikely but if Google grows rapidly and issues another stock split the dividend would be more significant
As stocks split, the dividends split too. It wouldn’t change anything.
@@willowandluka5302 so their 20¢ per share would go to 10? Lame...but makes sense
