Wow...sacrificed a dozen bananas for a jackfruit. Next time, it you actually have to take 48hrs to ripen the fruit, try packing it in a gunnybag or a clean warm cloth. That should have the same effect. 😊

I suggest using a paper bag as it will still allow the fruit to it to ripen but not trap moisture potentially causing mold, although the chances of that happening in such a short time are low

You can’t eat fruit because it tastes like shit, it has nothing to do with the starch content. Your body is perfectly capable of digesting starch.

The main reason you cook starchy foods such as the vegetables I listed above is because they contain toxins and harmful enzymes that when consumed raw in excess and can cause stomach pains and discomfort. Heating denatures the enzymes and proteins making them null. The final product still has starch. Just because you cook foods with starch content doesn’t link them to always needing to be cooked in order to digest. Correlation does not imply causation. You can still eat raw corn and peas. Still enjoyed the video overall though.

No that's not the suitable way. That's just hoax!. The best technique is wrapping Jackfruit when it still hanging on it's tree until the fragrance appear and good resonance of its sound when beat by us. It means ripe
