Deck ki baat karahe ho na jo bahar nikla hota hai? As discussed in video whatever is cutout like open from sky to ground is 0%. But for decks and balconies 50% is considered so in your case if the balconies are on alternate floors then two plans will be considered one with balcony and one without.

What is AU in unit column?
It's area units. Whole area is divided into percentage asper stages of work completion so those part percentages of area denotes Area Units. AU
For eg : at plinth completion contractor can get 2.5% of total value of work
So 0.025 is AU multiplied by total value of work.
