One question sir I want to build house on 150 sq yard house in old colony of Aligarh up. Jitne bhi mkan Bane hai wha sab ne apni zameen ek inch nahi chohdi hai puri locality mai more than 1000 houses. Mai bhi bna lu with full use of area .
Or kia compounding se puri zameen use karne ka adhikar miljata hai.

Practically Imposible in today's scenario where construction is taking place in very small plots.
you are right, but just to get approval from town planning/ muncipal corporation we need to follow the regulation by them.

U don't have to leave any margin.. if you construct a dead wall. With no windows or door..
Our street is a closed one and only meant for the use of only six residents houses.There is already existing wall to stop intrusion in the street. But the backside wall having toilet exhaust hole of the house of other street is adjoining to our street wall as well as the gate of my house and whenever we use air cooler ,it throw the air flown through the toilet exhaust of house of other street.kindly advise whether it is permissible by building bye laws

I have a plot of 18×60sq.ft and we started constructing the ground floor without any plan.suddenly due to some serious incident our north side neighbor house complained at bda office that any rainy days water will enter to there plot becausewe have not left any space from north side..so sir pls help me .we have already completed the ground floor.the bda officers came and stopped the work ..

Mai abhi ek planner se mil kr aaya or usne Jo bola Mera mood kharab ho gaya.
Mera plot 38*34 sq.ft ka hai. 4 ft road . Gram panchayat area hai. Usne kaha 3 side 3ft chorna hoga or back side 6 ft. Or 2 ft. Road . To fir Ghar k liye bache ga hi kya. Ye kaisa rule hai . Itne mehnat se ek ek Paisa jor k Jamin liya or for ye sab .😢
