Adding a Guest to SharePoint Online

Sharing content with others is one of the key features of SharePoint Online. Yet the process of sharing an entire site is not as obvious are straight-forward as you may expect. And this is where the confusion can start.
The thing to remember is that SharePoint creates a group behind the scenes to manage access. If you wish to share and entire site, you need to do this from Outlook.
