What happens when sharing confidential data with internal and external users?
Depends on the policies you set. The label itself does noting, but you can use this in your DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies to raise alerts, monitor, or block content with these labels. For example, you can block Confidential files from being shared or emailed externally. And with EndPoint protection you can block these files from being transferred to a USB key or even printed.

Yep! Just because you use Microsoft 365, does not mean you MUST use Windows. Microsoft support macOS (and iOS) almost as well as they support Windows. Infact, many would argue that macOS version of Outlook is better than the Windows version. Though the New Outlook comes close (macOS still wins 😉)
@@theexectechs Yes MacOS & iOS versions are so cool. I own an iPhone. But I’m a Windows Pc guy. My question is, does the Mac version of M365 gets along better with native MacOS?
@@axeemx it used to be a second-class citizen. Now, there are very few issues or functionality loss. Microsoft have mostly respected the UI experience on macOS, yet still be familiar to a Windows user. In short, it just-works™ I use Microsoft Edge as my primary browser, and have kept Bing as my default search engine. Took a little getting used to (Bing), but now I quite like it.
Congratulations on this deal for the public servants in Australia. Will be watching closely to see how Copilot is adopted and enhanced.
So much user generated traffic and discussion on this "GA," which is not all that available to everyone...apparently. This is presenting a serious challenge to the adoption roadmap for SMB, after all the marketing generated excitement. Watching this space closely. Especially this week with Ignite Conference rollouts.
Yes it's going to make individuals more productive but outsourcing responsibility/capability weakens enterprises in the long term.

I'll be honest with you, I don't see it going anywhere. At some point down the line in a few months, the pricing will change. The old saying is "out sight - out of mind " . At some point they'll have trial versions/ I also see a free version similar to the power platform

Ah, that is a tenant-wide theme. We do that for all of our clients (and their login pages). Adds a sense of ownership to their tenant. Kinda like putting your logo and business branding around your physical office. You need to add your Plan to an existing Microsoft 365 Group or add users to your personal plan.

@@edrichproducts not sure. Have your team uploaded profile pictures? If not, you will only see the initials of each user. There is nothing special you need to do. It should "just work"
