Use Microsoft Teams to send Praise to your team

Everyone loves it when a colleague publicly acknowledges you when you've done an excellent job or celebrated a key milestone. We all love praise even if we try to humbly deflect the recognition. With remote teams, we often get too busy focusing on the day-to-day or not know where or how to share this recognition. Sure, you can send an email, but that gets lost and is quickly forgotten.
