    hi friends,
    how has your week been?
thank you for being interested in my daily routine and requesting this video :)
if you have any other things you'd like to see, please let me know~
although the things I do in the mornings and evening change depending on the day, my wfh days tend to follow a similar structure.
let me know if you have a wfh routine, or daily habits in general. I'm always looking for new ways to refresh my routines :)
wishing you a peaceful coming week,
    love, dal ☽

wake up very early, pray, warm water, coffee, lazy workout :), sometime suduko, some reading or I run to my desk earliest to invest in the fresh moments of my brain, then brunch. Pick up my nieces from school, have lunch, play with them until their mom comes and I go to work again or go out

you have a very interesting and productive routine! I thought about trying to sudoku or brain-training exercises in the morning too. What do you usually like to read?
You seem to be a morning person like me, feeling that my brain works best in the early hours :) thank you for sharing your routine, I'm going to try suduko thanks to you!

@@dalsol달설 Thank you for your mindful and curious response. Totally, the morning is a blessing at all levels ... sometime I reach my office at 7:00 am to enjoy the empty roads, Amman is relatively a small city, however the traffic jam is crazy so that stretch a 10 min distance to about 30 min in rush hours. Well, my reading shifted big time to non-fictional books, related to self development and books that would boost my coaching profession. Essentialism is one of my favorites. About 10 year before I was about novels, espesillay about my original home Palestine

@@TermandWander-gi7gm ah you sound just like me! I leave my home earlier than necessary to enjoy a slightly less busy subway carriage haha. I've just had a look at Amman, it looks very beautiful and interesting. so very different to my view here in Seoul. I'm a big fan of self-development books. if you have any of your favourites to recommend, I'd love to hear them ☺ and your coaching work sounds very interesting! also if you can recommended any books about Palestine too, I'd love to check them out. finally, I've been playing sudoku the past few mornings thanks to your recommendation, and I love it! 🤍 such an easy way to turn my mind off for a little while.

Love how soothing and relaxing your videos are)) The way your dogs look at you and the impromptu stare haha, priceless!! My morning routine is always the same, wake up early, have a devotional time reading, have breakfast with coffee, yoga of course regularly, I have early classes i'm teaching yoga these days so that is another thing that's been in my schedule, some days I feel very tired if it's a full day of teaching. The summer is definitely here, the heat some days is high. Good job on learning the Russian, I like Duolingo it's really a lot that you can learn from this app and they have been adding more I believe, I learned Turkish and French using this app. I should get back to learning French, thank you for sharing!!

Haha, Luna and Moose have started these staring contests often recently, I'm not sure what's come over them but I enjoy them :') your morning routine sounds simple and relaxing. What sort of books do you like to read in the morning? I'm always looking for new recommendations)) what time is the earliest yoga class that you teach? Early morning classes are my favourite! What are the average temperatures in Kyrgyzstan? We have monsoon season approaching here and I'm not looking forward to it! I agree, I think Duolingo has improved a lot since I tried it many years ago for Spanish/Korean! I'm using it predominantly for Russian and French, and it's been fun! If you start using it again, let me know your ID if you'd like to be friends on there and we can motivate each other for French)) wishing you a lovely week!🤍

@@dalsol달설 It's the devotionals I do in the morning, not into reading this Spring and Summer. But mostly like novel's and I read lots of self-help books that it feels too much by now..The temperature in my country has changed too due to climate change last summer it was an unbearable hot weather. At the moment it is 33c. My earliest class is 7am. Yes, early class is my favorite too. Yes, I agree that Duolingo has upgraded, I was actually thinking to go back to studying French again, I should download the app, will let you know my ID for sure, thank you!!!

kindly share some tips and tricks on how to learn a language fast, I specifically wanna learn Korean...thanks in advance ❤

    • @dalsol달설
      @dalsol달설  4 месяца назад +1

I don't have any specific tricks unfortunately, it hasn't been an easy journey for me to get to this level, but the biggest thing for me is consistency and immersion. I live in Korea so most of my day is spent in Korean, but I'm also studying Russian, Japanese, Spanish, and French, so I will offer my advice based on that experience. Listen to as much as you can in Korean. Your favourite music or podcasts, TV shows, RUclips channels. If you're cooking and need to follow a recipe, try searching for a recipe in Korean and use it as a way to practise. Studying from books is important, but I think real fluency comes from practising speaking and listening by interacting with native speakers or mimicking/shadowing their dialogue. When I moved to Korea I made sure to do everything in Korean, even when my level was still very beginner. I joined a yoga studio in Korea, despite not knowing anything the teachers were really telling me to do, but I kept hearing the same phrases and words and slowly began to connect the words through context. Even if something seems way above your level, e.g., reading the news, try to read a small article, or even a paragraph or a few sentences from an article daily if you have the time and energy. You will start to realise you can recognise a couple of words, and then more than a few words, then you'll be able to gather the context of a sentence without knowing all the words, etc.
For practising speaking, I really recommend finding a Korean language exchange partner, or taking classes. I decided pay for classes through iTalki, but there are always people online who want to practise language exchanges for free or potentially some in your area if you live in a big city. For vocabulary I use Anki, where i input all the words I learn and practise them each day to improve recall. And lastly, try not to give up when it gets hard. I had more hours and days of crying and frustration, but I kept going and I think that's how I got to this level. It's very hard, but with practise and consistency you absolutely can do it ☺️ I hope this helps a little, and good luck with your studies! If there's anything more I can help with, please let me know.
