      @@keepingitkresky4412 I’m definitely getting one. It looks like a blast. Also electric city roasting opened a cafe in peckville right on the heritage trail. Cool little stop if your cruising that way.

      Appreciate it as always, D MC! I actually edit out a good amount of the encounters I have talking about the bike. I could have 3 in a day. I think that might be a bit overkill for people to watch lol.

    • @PaulBarwick
      @PaulBarwick 3 года назад

      That might make good footage for a compilation. Wouldn't have to be much of each encounter, just snippets of a bunch of them to show viewers how many comments and questions e-bike riders get. BTW those look like great tires.

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  3 года назад +1

      That would have been a great idea. I wish I had thought of that from the beginning. I delete all the unedited footage to save space. I wanted to do an animal compilation too for every time a critter tried to run under my tires lol. Next season I'll be sure to save all those clips. Oh ya, and thanks for the feedback back. It's appreciated.

    Just got a pair myself. Sidewall says inflate 8-20psi. I usually ride around 14psi, as they absorb bumps beautifully. I expect they'll only last 1 year, but I'll only use these Vee's in the summer. Winter is knobby tires all round.. 😁

    I got these for my ariel rider grizzly. Great overall performance. I experimented with the pressure and am running 28-30 in back and 28 front. They can take it. I have a motorcycle tub in so i need more pressure.

      I completely agree on performance. You can really hear them gripping the ground compared to the Juiced stock tires. A safety and fun upgrade for sure. I've been riding between 25-28. So far so good. My only concern is if they'll be in stock when I need them again.

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  2 года назад

      Mirrors would probably help out quite a bit. I never liked the original mirrors that came with the bike (just my preference) so I bought a set that mount into the end of the handle bar. The problem with that style is where I store my bike the doorway is a tight squeeze. I'd have to remove the mirror after every ride so I just got used to not having one. Maybe I'll find a solution some day.

    Hey man! I have the stock tires on my HS2 and I'm looking to upgrade. How are these running on regular commuting compared to the stock ones that it comes with? I had my HS2 slide out from under me cornering and I'm looking to avoid that and snag a set of these tires since they aren't super toothy. Just wanted some feedback after you've ridden them for a little while. Let me know!

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  2 года назад

      Without question these tires are amazing! They are still super quiet and the grip is excellent. Right away I was able to tell the difference from the stock tires. If you don't want those loud knobby tires, but you want more grip. Then definitely get the VeeMission Speedster. I will be buying another pair soon myself. Highly recommended.

      I purchased two fat tire's with really thick treads from Shinco tire's over a year ago and haven't gotten a flat tire yet, my advice is go to utube and type in shinco and check ✅ them out.

      I might know what Shinkos you're talking about. They have killer tread on them if it's the pair I'm thinking of. If so, those are a bit too aggressive for me but I do hear that a lot of people love them. Maybe next time since I just got a new pair of tires. I'm going to do mini review on them soon. Thanks a lot for the suggestion and checking out the channel!

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  Год назад +1

      These actually wore out quicker the originals because they are a softer compound. They have their advantages though. They probably had the best grip on both dry and wet surfaces out of all my tires. What I didn't like was the max tire pressure which is only 20psi. I usually ran them at 26ish psi but overall I'd rather have a higher pressure like the factory set. I feel like I'm gliding on a higher pressure. The tires I have now are my favorite ones so far. They have the best of both worlds in grip and a high psi. Check out Ep. 73 to see my review. Safe cruising!

    • @BattleRidesNYC
      @BattleRidesNYC Год назад

      @@keepingitkresky4412 Just brought the natural sidewall version. They must have updated the PSI because it now says max PSI 30 on the side. Of course I’ll have to check that out once they arrive. On to Ep. 73. Thanks

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  Год назад +1

    If you end up needing new tires in 1000 miles, consider buying motorcycle tires. I just put on some shinko 244 (3.00X16 correct fit for the 20X4) tires. They make the innova tires look like toys. Much thicker than the innova tires but they are heavier. I won’t really be worried about flats at all with these. They do make a little more noise because they are really knobby but there are other models of tires that would be quieter. Should get 5000 miles out of these. Probably last tires I’ll buy for the bike. Oh… and they were only $45 each.

    • @keepingitkresky4412
      @keepingitkresky4412  2 года назад

      Thanks for the tip. The shinkos seem nice but they are definitely too aggressive for what I need. I like super quiet cruising. I had to put on one of the old stock Innova tires on the back and those things are so damn fast. Faster than the vee mission speedsters even and they aren't all that knobby. Not sure what I'm going to do now. I like how thick the Innova tires are but the grip isn't there. I need to find an all terrain tires but mostly geared towards the street. I'll have to see what my motorcycle tire options could be. Thanks again for the suggestion 👍

    336 miles,brand new, I babyed this thing. Then all of a sudden the throttle starts to sputtering around 30mph, but the pedal assist still works and I start to get the #4 error. Before I get home the #30 errors pops up. I get hone look at all connections. Everything is perfect. I never got it wet, never jumped it, never abused it. So I keep trying it out in the driveway, hoping to get it working, but the pedal assist won't even work now, then I get the #12 error then I got nothing. No power no screen no headlight, just the brake light. I call support and they hung up on me three times lied to me and never helped me. The next day I went out to play around with it, and now it powers on but no throttle no assist and when I try to pedal it the screen flickers on and off. What fucking 🍋. I am homicidal after this.
