I wish part of the design process was to make it quieter. That was the one thing keeping the 2.3 from being most peoples choice in 2024. Something to think about for future products though.
Hey Keav, thanks for your feedback, we realize it can be much in a closed environment. We are working on a solutions to iron this out. Stay tuned as always!
Yes. Performance is great, the pitch of the motor tho is just so awful. I need to figure out how to isolate it, otherwise I may need to sell it and buy an AR/kranzle
Hello, we're to close to having product in the UK for 2025. At the moment the closest distributor is based in Belgium - www.cardetail.be/en/merken/active/
As the late architect Louis Sullivan once said "form ever follows function". Just received my Active 2.3 and love the look and performance of it. So easy to mount on the wall with the cage. I suppose others may prefer the look on a shelf without the cage so there are options depending on how much you want to put into it. Either way your choices made that happen. I also like that you are having these videos that ask for input on the design. This reminded me of the adoption of the quality revolution in the 1980's sparked by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. Keep up the good work. PS: I don't mind the loudness of the 2.3 at all that some are talking about on their reviews. The persons who complain about it are working or testing this inside a closed room but it doesn't bother me at all outside.
I'm sure I probably missed it somewhere in your videos if so my apologies. I put in for the pre-order of the foam cannon and pressure washer gun. Do you have a shipping date. I saw I wasn't charged right away but then did get accepted in mid Oct. I am hoping they ship soon, very excited..!
functionality is the most important to me because if it doesn't work i say "who cares" what it looks like... i actually bought a truck that i know was totally bullet proof and it didn't look as great as the others on the market, however of it works great and looks great obviously that's the perfect thing.
Fair enough! Functionality and performance should always be at the top, but design choices also help with this! The way we approach it is that our design decisions need to have a valuable effect on the user experience and performance, such as adding stability and cooling like we mention in the video. The cool factor is the cherry on top of the decisions we make to improve functionality and performance.
TECHNICAL QUESTION: The manual of the 2.3 states to use a pump saver to run antifreeze through the machine from winter storage. As I will be storing the unit in my house for the winter as RECOMMENDED even with using the pump saver, does the antifreeze have properties to ensure the internal seals last longer? I would think there is no silicone, that is a great rubber lubricant, in antifreeze. I would think generally antifreeze with alcohol or ingredient similar to alcohol to prevent freezing is not good for any rubber internal seals. Do I really need to pump antifreeze in the unit to make the 2.3 last longer with indoor storage at room temperature? Thank you for your anticipated reply to this question.
Hello Alan, antifreeze is recommended for use not only for long term winter storage, but it can also be used as a periodic lubricant for seals and valves within the pump. We encourage lubrication every 2-3 months.
People always complain about something I think all of your products look great and work good. That's why we have choices if we don't like something we can we can look elsewhere.

I wish the packaging was not as nice, so the product would be cheaper for us hobbyist detailers. Makes me a little upset some of my money is going towards a fancy box that i will throw out, would be nice to spend $3 less
Why don’t you tell us why when someone like me buys active 2.0 plus stub gun your company has no answer to why the rubber grip comes off with no support. I was blown off and ordered OG Mosmatic gun now you lost a customer
Companies don't have to make videos like this, good stuff. Looking forward to the next version!

Hello, thank you for the feedback and support in purchasing the 2.3. JC loved your comment as a fellow designer!
Loving the 2.0. Beats the hell out of a electric box store one.
Thank you for your vote of confidence! We're glad you enjoy the machine.

I'd like to see a video that my "Active Premium Accessory Bundle" has shipped. You charged my credit card a month ago.
Hello, we apologize for the wait. It's almost there. We are just waiting for a delivery appointment at the 3PL to receive the containers.
You won't be dissappointed, we are probably one of the first to get them here in Asia pacific😅, very satisfied so far, keep it up team

Until you do something about the noise factor, I'm out. I'm not talking about making them a little quieter. You guys are the loudest.
Hello, thank you for your feedback, we will take this into consideration for our future product development.
