      @@SPscorevideos Assolutamente d'accordo.

Although I love this early work by Bartók (I like this actually a lot more than e. g. the String Quartets, don't shoot me), this is a tired and insipid interpretation by Fischer. He takes a moderate allegretto where Bartók indicates Presto/Molto vivace and the sheer dynamism/frenzy Bartók was known for even in his youth is nonexistent here. Almost if the musicians are bored by the piece. I will continue to recommend Kocsis.

There isn't any recording of the entire Kossuth by Kocsis available on YT (I'm not even sure that a complete transcription exists, it looks like it's only the Funeral March). :/

@@SPscorevideos Maybe it's time for me to remedy that by making a similar score-video on my channel. The full Bartók New Series is avaliable on Spotify though. open.spotify.com/album/2idXNM4k9ju6hSmAJbJeFZ?si=BIblmwb1SUOAm_EOEalf7g There are a truckload of misprints in the Dille edition (the only available score so far) too that's corrected by him.

@@Kris9kris Well, I can't record something from Spotify and put it on RUclips without risking a copyright strike... ^^'
