    Stunning !!!! May I ask what you use as a sealant to protect the picture!!! I’d like to make a Mother’s Day card on 140lb paper.

    Beautiful effects of the pigments ! What flowers are you using…the small yellow ones ?

      They're known as primulas or polyanthus -all flowers work slightly differently but I think different coloured primulas are by far the easiest to get an effect from.

    Christina, did you use watercolor paper?? Just wondering if it picks up the colors better..... Thank you. Great job.

      Watercolour paper is stronger but any paper will take the transfer of colour.

    Can you spray the finished picture with something to prevent it from fading?

      Basically,it's the equivalent of a grass stain so best to frame your pic and keep it away from sunlight!
