I think you misspoke. You said 10 outside and 16 inside bolts but viewing the video a few times I'm counting 16 outside and 10 inside bolts. unless you count the 4 side bolts as inner bolts at which point it would be 14 inner and 12 outer. either way it sounds off
Indeed special lubricant for cylinder head bolts is CAT / CTP 5P3931 Anti Sieze Compound / C5-A copper based lubricant blended by Loctite company 😊

Did not add sealant that was required in 2017 on spacer plate gasket.. Now if you have the newest head gasket don't need sealant.
What about the o-ring that goes under the plate? Does it take one on top of plate too?

a query is the socket used for tightening the screws 19mm?
Cat has a socket made for these 3/4 drive, 12 point.
